Normally, it would be easy to think that this ending was a joke, and it would be implied that Rayman goes back and saves the Globox kids, and everything would be fine. However, has anyone realized that the Globox kids do NOT make any more appearances in future games? Really think about that...
That's Rigth, No Baby Globox on Origins and Legends or other rayman games

Not a very happy ending is it? I was hoping there would have been a good ending when you get 100% completion or more, and I played the Wii version.

It's a shame that the sequels to Raving Rabbids don't resolve the ending the first game had.
Its most likely that Ubisoft were less caring about any plot, and focus their attention into making the minigames.

@@-Poka- i think the good ending was supposed to be unlocked if you get a perfect score on every minigame, but since it was almsot impssobile to do so, Ubisoft gave it the axe.
What I thought as a kid about this terrible ending was that in the cannon of the story Rayman doesn't do the shooting levels till after this ending of the game, thus he goes back with a plunger gun to rescue the children if that makes sense but its just a theory I had

-Rayman Origins (10 years later)
-Rayman Legends (100 years later)
Rabbids aren't cannon and Origins' teaser trailer only explains Rayman's birth and origin. If you like, I could explain the entire story since it's really hard to grasp as you need background details up the ass. Nothing is spoonfed to the player.
So, now Rayman is like....117 years old??!! Talking about a long life!!!
BUT, if when he was born he was a complete jerk, trying to see under his "mother" skirt, how come he turns into a nice guy from 1 to 3, and then a jerk again in Origins? Is he having a personality disorder or he's just going backwards?
Origins takes place before Rayman 1. And I think Legends is aswell but I'm not sure about that...
craztnesfanboy2 No, Origins takes place after the the third game (or Rabbids?). It was going to be the real Origin of Rayman, ended up being a sequel.
Rayman had childish humor when he was born.
Rayman was a jerk in Rayman 3 due to becoming a teenager I guess
Rayman's personality in Origins and Legends is similar to Sonic in 2D Sonic games as Sonic shows no emotion and leaves it to the player to decide how he felt during the game. If I had to guess, Rayman was pretty stoned the entire time, because we all know what he was really doing in that tree.

Oh jesus christ, this ending was just sad!
So, Rayman escapes, that's good, BUT THEN HE REMEMBERS THAT HE NEVER SAVED THE BABY GLOBOXES AS WELL. And then has very horrifying thoughts on what the Rabbids will do to them. It's really depressing. And the sound effects and music don't help. Then Rayman tries to go back via the Rabbid's holes, BUT GET'S STUCK IN IT. The worst part? THE CONCLUSION IS NEVER EXPLAINED. Rayman just gets stuck in the hole, even until night time, and that's all we know. We never know if the Baby Globoxes are ever saved or if they're stuck to be tortured by the Rabbids forever. The game's good, don't get me wrong, but I do not like this ending. At all.

@@cnk9822 there was originally a good ending in the game if you got a perfect score in every minigame but ubisoft fucked up and set the number too high so its impossible to get so we are stuck with this shit

Poor Rayman I wasn't happy about that ending either and boy I can just picture Rayman getting blamed for what happened to the little Globox kids by Globox or possibly Globox's wife and he gets hated for it by possibly everyone and maybe Ly that's an even worse possible ending for our hero.

@pbjfamily6 Actually, Rayman Raving Rabbids was originally Rayman 4 and Rayman had to save the world from zombie-like rabbits. But the whole thing changed because of the Wii's controllers.

TOTTO9508 when Rayman escaped the prison he finds his picnic when he looks at the holes he remembered that the baby globoxes are still with the rabbids. then he knew he had to go back and save them but he’s shoes were too big and then he got stuck
