I have been following you for a couple of years and would be happy if you can respond to this question: Can you apply Carpro Gliss as a final coat on top of Adams Advanced Graphene coating? I asked same question on one of your videos a couple of weeks ago and you didn’t reply.
I love that you're taking this to the manufacturers and then bring to us in the comfort of our homes with our favorite beverage. Great information to break down the confusion between a product line from a product manufacturer. I love the in-depth questions you ask for clarification on each of the line that Jeff is highlighting. Excellent video
Thanks Joseph! I really appreciate this comment. As the goal of my channel is to help viewers understand and enjoy detailing. I like to explain things and learn, so we all get better at detailing.
The first thing that drew me to Gyeon coatings is the "outdoor friendly" composition that allows a 12-hour cure time. Being I don't have garage access, this is an important factor for me. I've applied Gyeon Mohs to several cars including my own and I love the results.
One time I needed to call gyeon because my car got wet a couple days after coating it, so I looked on their website to try to find a phone number to call customer service. I couldn’t find a number but I found a number online on a different website (one of those sketchy phone number lookup sites) and called it. it was this Jeff guy that answered. He said I “called the right company but I had the wrong phone number.” I guess it was his *cell phone* number, but he took the time to talk to me for about 20 minutes about the coatings. That right there is why I’ll be at Gyeon customer for life.
Gyeon makes high quality products and their coatings just work. In my opinion they have the best information for coating life by using mileage as a measure. As always I have to give an honorable mention to Q2 Wax which is a wonderful topper or three month durability base coat. Thank you Pan and Gyeon for this helpful video!
Applied Syncro this past weekend outside, in less that favorable conditions (Florida). It was three or four degrees warmer than they suggest, but I was under a canopy, so no direct sunlight, and I started early. I was probably at the absolute limit in terms of temp and humidity, but it came out great. It was easy to apply, flashed, or should I say sweated super fast so I had to be ready to level instantly, but the results were fantastic. The car looks amazing. I was a Carpro guy, but lately I'm quickly becoming a Gyeon guy. They are absolutely killing it lately.
Mohs Evo is my "go-to" coating for my coating clients. Sooo Easy. Unreal water beading. Amazing gloss! I love it! I usually pour distilled water on their vehicle on pick-up and blow them away with the water behavior. ;)
How many hours after coating on average do you pour water on the coating? I love the idea of this but my clients vehicles can’t sit overnight for me. I give them back the vehicle after 1-2 hours of curing.
@@ShineAndPreserveDetailing after an overnight initial cure.. i would have a hard time believing that brand new clean distilled water would do anything to compromise a small part of fender or hood that's been coated recently.. (a trick/cheat workaround for that would be to apply gyeon quick detailer or gyeon ceramic detailer on that section to protect it just for security)
You need to respect the instructions of the coatings you are applying. Most coatings require 12 to 24 hours of curing without exposure to water or rain. That is crucial. There are now some coatings with no curing or 1 hour of curing available on the market, so perhaps that would better suit you when needed.
I really appreciate this video. I have never applied a ceramic coating, so I am a little intimidated, but I definitely feel more comfortable about making a choice now. I think I am going to choose Pure! Cant wait to see what it does to my metallic blue paint

Excellent session today, the more I am use the Gyeon products the more I like them. I topped my 45’ Motorcoach with it over the winter. Thrilled with how easy it is cleaning and looking.
I have applied Gyeon Mohs Synchro but had challenges with the application of the Skin. High spots occur unless you level super fast. Living in the heated environment of Arizona added to the challenge of super quick leveling. I ended up removing both coatings with a rotary and started fresh with just Gyeon Mohs Evo alone. This seemed to work just fine and is holding up after 6 months of application. Overall, two thumbs up to Gyeon Coatings.
Pan, I prefer the high gloss ceramic coating appearance - How does PURE compare to Carpro SIC in terms of durability, slickness, ease of use, and longevity given you do the normal required maintenance of your coating? What does ONE and PURE compare shoulder to shoulder with Carpro DYI coatings, not including the professional or finest line? For example, does ONE compare to CQuartz UK 3.0? and does PURE compare to Carpro SIC?
I love Gyeon products, very high quality. I've been using Gyeon stuff for a few years now and they have always performed so well👌🏻. ONE EVO was my first full blown ceramic coating I had ever tried and it was so easy to apply. I'll probably move up to PURE EVO next and MOHS after that. Great video Pan👍🏻.
I have to mix up the audio in my shop too Tony. Music gets old sometimes and I find it can even slow me down. Podcasts are a great way to expand your education.
I went with Xpel Fusion+ ceramic coating as it was designed specifically for Xpel PPF, and maintains the self- healing properties that other ceramic coatings don't guarantee.
I use a ton of MOHS Evo and Wet Coat in my business and absolutely love them. Gyeon are a top notch brand and people would be happy with any of their products.
@@PanTheOrganizer I would have to say it's a tie between MOHS Evo and the Restart Wash for ceramic maintenance. I have many repeat customers with MOHS Evo applied and the Restart really brings back the hydrophobic effects of the coating. It works well on other Coatings too, but in my opinion you should use the same range of ceramic and maintenance products from their respective brand as they're designed to work together.
@@PanTheOrganizer it has to be the Pure . It was my first ever coating I tried and that on a client's car. It came out perfect and nice to work with...
Just got a new motorcycle and wanted to put something on it that would make keeping it clean easier. The one big thing is the new bike has four different materials, glossy plastic, mat plastic, glossy paint, and satin paint. I wanted one product that I could use for everything that was easy to apply. Just finished up applying Can Coat Evo based on this video saying it would work on all materials. It was super easy to apply and the bike looks amazing! I hope it will work out in the long term but so far it is working great.
Great pick with the CanCoat EVO! Thanks for sharing your experience. In my tests, it easily lasts 10-12 months. How did you discover my channel by the way? Welcome to my channel. Found you by searching on UA-cam for Ceramic coating. Originally that is what I wanted to do, but wasn't for sure what product would work best. Can Coat Evo seems like an easy first step. Things sure have gotten a lot more complicated since the last time I dabbled in detailing 20 years ago.
I started detailing 26 years ago, and yeah things have changed quite a bit, but for the better in my opinion. Back then we were hard pressed to find a wax that would last more than a month. Now you have spray coatings that can last up to one year, super easy to apply, and ceramic coatings in glass bottles that can last for years and have much greater chemical resistance and hydrophobics.
Hey pan was this at car supplies warehouse?/ .. excellent video. It’s good that they’re able to decipher the differences between the products because it can be very confusing for the consumer.
Following me watching several videos regarding ceramic coatings, I decided to give the Gyeon Pure Eco a try. The main reason that I chose this product was the claims that this was the best of the line up of Gyeon range of ceramic coatings if you wanted to get a superb finish, good longevity and with "pop" to the colours. Furthermore, after what seemed an eternity (55 hrs in total) detailing my Jag XKR's Chianti Blue paintwork (a deep and rich sapphire blue metallic) to recover from an appalling respray before I bought the car, it seemed futile to not apply a ceramic coating. Slightly sceptical of what the results might but after thorough preparation I and a colleague applied the Pure Evo. I applied the Pure Evo and he did the initial wipe of by following me round the car and thus doing the initial wipe off at just the right time. I then buffed off the car noticing the steadily reducing drag on the final cloth as the coating began its curing stage. Never, and I do mean never, have I witnessed such a transformation happening before my very eyes. We both were speechless at the way this Gyeon product fulfilled all the claim of "popping" the colour and then some. The results were literally insane. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. Nuff said!!!!!!
Fantastic info and great description on each product! I use a different brand but each brand has their similar "levels" of coatings that this info can basically be applied. I'm sure I'm not the only one out there that says "I can't afford to stock my shop with all these options." I like to give my clients options based on their needs and budgets but I'm not quite at a profit-point where I can afford to keep the whole product line in stock to take care of these needs. Until that changes I'm kind of stuck with offering two options. I'm sure that will change as my business grows though.
This was a great video Pan! I love hearing the science and more detail about the products. I bought two Synchro kits a week ago and am applying this weekend!
I used Pure on my race red mustang and love the candy look. Some videos said it was hard to remove but mine came Off easy. Even had enough in a 30 bottle to apply 2 Coats and have enough left for the wheels

Hey Pan! I really enjoyed this video with Gyeon. AWESOME!!! I’m getting ready to put a coating on my GF’s car. It’s a 2022 Nissan, Gun Metal Gray and I’m on the fence between Can Coat or Q2 Wax as a base coat. I’m looking for gloss, slickness, beading, and sheeting. What’s the biggest difference when comparing the two for what I’m wanting and how many coats do you think is best for both? Also, what would you use as a maintenance topper for both? Thanks!
CanCoat EVO without a doubt has much longer durability. They are fairly equal for gloss, CanCoat has more slickness, and both have exceptional hydrophobics, the Wax having a slight edge on that. Only one layer is needed for each, no need to double up. For maintenance, you can use one of many options: 1) Bathe+ (a shampoo infused with SiO2) 2) Ceramic Detailer (as a drying aid, or QD) 3) WetCoat (as a spray-on rinse off sealant) I have a video on WetCoat here: ua-cam.com/video/1W8ZfyuMScY/v-deo.html A video on the Wax here: ua-cam.com/video/tdm_f0bM-dg/v-deo.html

Hard to say exactly, but for most coatings, once opened, 1-2 months on average. Unopened, coatings are usually good for 1-2 years if kept in stable conditions and not frozen.
Great great video! Many thanks! Clear and consistent ecplanations 👏🏻 I used Gyeon ceramic 8 years ago and it was fantastic! I had to let detailing aside for some time due to life priorities... Now I plan to recoat my car in the next months. I have a perl white car, with nacre into it. I'm hesitating between Pure and MOHS 🙂 From your own experience, will Pure enhance the pearl effect by "darkening" the color? Cheer's
Pure has the most gloss, but Mohs for slickness and durability. Pan, this is all great information. However, the one piece of information I always look for is which surfaces can the coating be used on beyond paint....glass, trim, wheels?
It depends what coating you are buying. Some are surface specific, others can be applied on multiple surfaces. For example, CanCoat can be applied on paint, glass, chrome, wheels, and trim. Mohs is a paint coating only. You really have to look into the instructions of the specific product you are buying.
Thoughts on the entry level option from my detailer - P&S Inspiration Coating 1 year? I have two years left on my lease, so it feels like a waste to do the more expensive option (CCI Advance Coating 3 year).

I have been detailing for 26 years and I love to share my knowledge and passion with my viewers. You found the right channel to help you learn everything about detailing. A new car is never new until it's properly detailed. - at the factory, the paint defects are often corrected quickly by rotary polishing which can leave marks and holograms, so polishing corrects those, before you lock that in long term with a ceramic coating for example. - vehicles are then transported by truck, train and boat so they are exposed to the elements, industrial fallout, brake dust, rail dust, etc - vehicles are often left at boat docks (when transported by boat) or in exterior parking lots for weeks or months, again being exposed to the elements - at the dealership, the vehicles are almost always poorly prepped using the same dirty water that was used for all the cars on a given day, and poor washing and drying methods leading to swirls and scratches - at the dealership, a layer of cheap wax or paint sealant is usually applied to attempt to make the paint glossy prior to delivery. It's crucial to remove any previous protection before you apply a ceramic coating, as coatings need to bond directly to a virgin clear coat. If you only plan on applying a regular carnauba wax or paint sealant though, you could decide to skip machine polishing, as those protectants can be applied over existing protection and it's not as crucial to prep the paint as well. I explain all of this in this popular video: ua-cam.com/video/QgoyrC-5CMc/v-deo.html So you can better visualize the new car prep process, here are the steps I perform on a brand new car for my customers: Mercedes S 580: ua-cam.com/video/Vq_tfcwryVI/v-deo.htmlsi=whord2_UEFSg28UW Aston Martin Vantage: ua-cam.com/video/OKga3yZVTqo/v-deo.html Volvo XC60: ua-cam.com/video/tvDBBenhYFA/v-deo.html Tesla Model Y: ua-cam.com/video/gohks8xP5NY/v-deo.html Porsche 911 Carrera: ua-cam.com/video/2ckiivbFqs4/v-deo.html Audi Q7: ua-cam.com/video/t7HCBSVnizM/v-deo.html
I have a new 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum Gun Metallic and the dealer put 3M PPF on the full front end (looks great) but kinda screwed up on things by putting on a Paint Sealant and not the Ceramic Coating I asked for for the rest of the car. This Sealant is a once application with 72 month warranty and not yearly re-applied unless needing to. The material is by the company First Canadian Products (under First Canadian Financial Group that does all car care stuff with detailers and car dealerships that get into business with them). Any ideas for ease of cleaning and hydrophobic effect coating to put over the sealant on the paint? I bought 303 Graphene Nano Spray and this can go over it and have Gyeon Wet Coat both just purchased yesterday. Unless someone has a good idea to suggest. Thanks.

After performing a complete paint correction on my 2021 (Black) XC40 T5… There are a few remaining light swirls and superfine scratch on the rear tailgate in a confided area. *Used Meguiar’s Ultimate Compound with Rupes DA Course Cutting Foam Pad. Turtle Wax Ceramic Acrylic Black Polish with Rupes High Performance Polish Foam Pad. Finished with Turtle Wax Ceramic Wet Wax. Question: What are the steps to rework this area?
There are no miraculous solutions. You would have to restart the polishing. Always inspect your work with an inspection light after you are done with each stage. After the compound, inspect. After the polish, inspect. IPA wipe the surface after polishing, to remove polishing oils and fillers. Also, it's weird that you would finish by using the Ceramic Wet Wax... That needs to be applied on a wet surface, and dried with a microfiber towel. So you rinsed the car again after polishing, and then used Wet Wax?? The better thing to do after going through all the hard work of decon and paint correction is to apply a longer lasting base layer of protection. So if you like Turtle Wax products, their Graphene Flex Wax or Ceramic Spray Coating would have been two much better options, that would have given you 6-12 months of protection. The Ceramic Wet Wax is more for use as a maintenance product, and drying aid after regular washes, or once a month, to maintain the longer lasting protection underneath...
@@PanTheOrganizerThanks! Lesson learned for this paint correction rookie! BTY ~> I applied the TW Ceramic Acrylic Black Wax not the wet wax :-) ~ Thanks for the feedback ~
So your 2022 winner is Carpro CQUK 3.0. What are your thoughts on this product? I am looking at Mohs EVO. I have used Carpro CQUK 3.0. Will you be doing a comparison video?
CQuartz UK 3.0 was my favourite consumer grade coating for many years indeed. Great coating. The only thing is that more and more, other brands are releasing consumer grade coatings that can last 3+ years. Case in point, Mohs EVO which can last 3 years (1 layer) or 4 years (2 layers). So we'll see if the 2023 awards change. I hope that CarPro will release a CQUK version 4.0 with more durability, as the competition is serious. One thing is for sure, Mohs EVO is very slick to the touch and has great hydrophobics. It's so simple to apply. And it's a good upgrade over the previous Mohs. I had tested the CQUK with the previous Mohs and 18 other paint protectants in a real world durability test in this video: ua-cam.com/video/MoBTLpRFFw4/v-deo.html

I have always wondered why most use a short nap towel to do the first wipe end a second wipe with a long pile nap microfiber. Is this needed or can you just wipe with a short nap towel. Because I would throw away the towels (glass scratching) and long pile naps are much more expensive (so trying to reduce my cost a bit). I would be using Evo cancoat, heard a lot of good things about this and just whip away with a short nap towel. It could be that it is just personal preference to use the 2 towels.
Yes. You need to redo all the steps including machine polishing to ensure you remove 100% of the previous coating so the new one can bond properly to a virgin clear coat.
Another Very Good Video thanks Pan . Can I ask what is main difference between these coatings and ceramic spray like turtle ceramic spray for instance .
Hi Pan, I live in LA area and the water spot is a big issue as we have hard water here. What product do you recommend to remove the water spots? Thank you!!

Hey Pan, greetings from Greece! Great and very helpful video as always! I applied Mohs Evo five days ago, let it cure indoors for 43 hours and topped it up with Gyeon Cure to prevent waters spots as the weather this month in Greece is very unstable. It rains for few moments-hours, mostly muddy rain and sun and high temperatures occurring the moment after. Gyeon promts not to wash with harsh chemicals within the first 14 days period. What can be done in that situation in order to prevent damaging the coat? Can I wash the car some way in that 14 day period? My car is a daily driver that always stays outside and most hours of summer under the scorching sun. What is the proper way to maintain the coating to reach the three years lifetime mark? Thanks in advance!
Yes it's important to not wash the car for the first two weeks. As you already applied Cure on top of your coating, that will be the protection it needs during the weeks where the coating is still curing. Although coatings cure after 12-24 hours without exposure to rain, they still continue to cure and fully harden for a few weeks following the installation, hence why it's recommended to not wash the car during that time. For maintenance, it's quite simple. Regular washes, ideally weekly or bi-weekly, and at the end of the wash process, use a drying aid like Gyeon Ceramic Detailer. Then, once every 2-3 months, you would use an iron remover (if needed according to your level of brake dust and iron contamination), perhaps a water spot remover if you see any water spots, and when done, use something like Gyeon WetCoat for maintaining the coating's properties and performance. I have a video on Gyeon maintenance here: ua-cam.com/video/NDJG17gzwhM/v-deo.html
@@PanTheOrganizer thanks a lot! I recently watched a video that you ‘ve made of how to rinseless wash a car… Can I use Optimum no rinse as no other rinseless product is available in my country for weekly washes and bi-weekly a more proper wash? Does the protection of optimum rinse effects negatively the coating in some way? Should I use Gyeons quick detailer or Gyeon ceramic detailer as a drying aid along with optimum no rinse?
Yes you could certainly use ONR for your weekly washes, and every two weeks do a more in-depth proper wash. ONR doesn't have any negative effects on coatings. The chemist and owner of Optimum Polymer Technologies, Dr Ghodoussi, invented the clear coat decades ago so he knows automotive paint quite well, and also developed coatings for his Opti-Coat line, so he created ONR to be safe on waxes, sealants and coatings. When you are done washing the vehicle with ONR (or any other rinseless wash), it acts as its own drying aid when you are towel drying, so there is no need to spray another drying aid. But if you like boosting gloss and slickness even more, yes you could spray Gyeon Ceramic Detailer on top of ONR, and then dry the vehicle.
If I am just a at home still learning person on detailing I do a lot of car shows and I’m trying my best trying to find the best ceramic coating I can do in about 1 day before a show and I want really good shine and beading with decent longevity what would you suggest I go with ?
A true coating, the ones in glass bottles, will last a few years. So it's not something you apply multiple times per year. If you are looking for something that will last up to 1 year, that is quick/easy to apply, in spray form, then Gyeon CanCoat EVO is the one for you. If you want a coating that will last over a year, and has the most gloss, Gyeon Pure EVO is the one for you. If you want the longest lasting, the craziest beading, and the best protection, Gyeon Syncro EVO is the one for you. Welcome to my channel. My understanding is that these are all paint coatings (the ones in glass bottles). CanCoat EVO can be applied on paint, trim, rims, metal, carbon fibre or PPF/vinyl. It is both a stand-alone product as well as a topcoat.
@@PanTheOrganizer thanks again Pan! maybe it’s a good idea to get a Cancoat for trims and glasses😄 I bought a bottle of Wetcoat few years ago, as result of your recommendation. And according to your video, I feel Cancoat will be much more durable compare to the wetcoat.
Of course. CanCoat EVO is rated at 10-12 months of durability. WetCoat is different. It lasts 1-3 months, but its main use is as maintenance topper and also it’s super quick to apply. Spray on, rinse off. Both products have their use. You could apply CanCoat as your base layer of long term protection, and use WetCoat for easy and quick maintenance once every other month. 👍🏻

@@PanTheOrganizer what is youre personL best
The first thing that drew me to Gyeon coatings is the "outdoor friendly" composition that allows a 12-hour cure time. Being I don't have garage access, this is an important factor for me. I've applied Gyeon Mohs to several cars including my own and I love the results.
Thanks for sharing your experience Archie!
Thanks for sharing Neil!
Good to know! Thanks for sharing your personal experience with the coating. 👍🏻

Omg this video is so perfect timing I am just getting into ceramics and I was looking through gyeon coatings
Thank you Pan
Awesome! It’s like I read your mind. 😁👍🏻
Overall, two thumbs up to Gyeon Coatings.
with ya Rivak. I found I didnt care for sychro because skin was much more finicky to level out. Mohs 1 layer for the WIN!
@@waxmanvids5015 I guess Wet Coat or one of the detailers sprays is like the 2nd coat to use then?
@@johns4407 yep Wetcoat or Ceramic Detailer worked great as a maintenance topper every few months..
So with being in SoCal desert would you recommend to apply in the fall or early spring?
Great breakdown of the Gyeon coatings. Very informative. Kudos to you and Gyeon rep.
Thanks! It was a much needed video I think, to clarify the different offerings.

Beyond that, I think XPEL has a policy where to keep your PPF's warranty, if you apply a coating on top, it has to be an XPEL coating.
This was extremely well-produced. To the team that put this together - BRAVO
Thanks Paul!
I use a ton of MOHS Evo and Wet Coat in my business and absolutely love them. Gyeon are a top notch brand and people would be happy with any of their products.
Well said. What's your favourite product in their entire range?
@@PanTheOrganizer I would have to say it's a tie between MOHS Evo and the Restart Wash for ceramic maintenance. I have many repeat customers with MOHS Evo applied and the Restart really brings back the hydrophobic effects of the coating. It works well on other Coatings too, but in my opinion you should use the same range of ceramic and maintenance products from their respective brand as they're designed to work together.
When unsure about chemical compatibility, yes the simple thing to do is stay with the same brand for maintenance and you get product synergy.

Hi Brian. Yes this was at the Car Supplies Warehouse event in late April. :) More videos to come.
Thanks for sharing your personal experience Paul!
Thanks for the feedback, and I'm glad my video could help you to make the right purchase decision.

For maintenance, you can use one of many options:
1) Bathe+ (a shampoo infused with SiO2)
2) Ceramic Detailer (as a drying aid, or QD)
3) WetCoat (as a spray-on rinse off sealant)

Pan, this is all great information. However, the one piece of information I always look for is which surfaces can the coating be used on beyond paint....glass, trim, wheels?
It depends what coating you are buying. Some are surface specific, others can be applied on multiple surfaces. For example, CanCoat can be applied on paint, glass, chrome, wheels, and trim. Mohs is a paint coating only.
You really have to look into the instructions of the specific product you are buying.

A new car is never new until it's properly detailed.
- at the factory, the paint defects are often corrected quickly by rotary polishing which can leave marks and holograms, so polishing corrects those, before you lock that in long term with a ceramic coating for example.
- vehicles are then transported by truck, train and boat so they are exposed to the elements, industrial fallout, brake dust, rail dust, etc
- vehicles are often left at boat docks (when transported by boat) or in exterior parking lots for weeks or months, again being exposed to the elements
- at the dealership, the vehicles are almost always poorly prepped using the same dirty water that was used for all the cars on a given day, and poor washing and drying methods leading to swirls and scratches
- at the dealership, a layer of cheap wax or paint sealant is usually applied to attempt to make the paint glossy prior to delivery.
I explain all of this in this popular video: ua-cam.com/video/QgoyrC-5CMc/v-deo.html
So you can better visualize the new car prep process, here are the steps I perform on a brand new car for my customers:

Thanks.

What is best for a metallic pearl white paint, Mohs, or Synchro? I've heard straight Mohs is the way to go. Your opinion?
Very few people would be able to tell the visual difference. You can’t go wrong regardless of choice.
Hehe no worries. ;)
Great content, as always! Pan, have you tried the Gyeon Leather Coat and/or Leather Shield?
I did. I even made a video with it here: ua-cam.com/video/CuN77nz8Ex8/v-deo.html
Super informative
Merci Pan👍
Thanks!
But what is the best coating (protection) besides Gyeon? Have you tested other brands?
You must be new to my channel. I test pretty much all the brands that are worth testing. This is a car detailing channel.
Every year, I have a popular annual car detailing products awards video to highlight my top picks in each category. Here: ua-cam.com/video/gRwsznwfTwE/v-deo.html

You're at the right place. Welcome among a community of people passionate about car detailing. :)
Which products are used in ceramic coating. Please tell me in series. Thanku
I don't understand your question.
Once these coatings are worn off, do you need to use chemical and mechanical decon before reapplying?
The main difference is durability. Coatings in glass bottles last for years. Spray versions last 6-12 months.
Hello Pan!!! Can coat evo is amazing!!!
I agree! Nice improvement over the original version.
Hi Pan, I live in LA area and the water spot is a big issue as we have hard water here. What product do you recommend to remove the water spots? Thank you!!
Thanks Pan - this was very informative and I got the answer I wanted. Mohs is for me as I want the water to get off the car quickly. Can you wait a month before layering with SKIN?
If you’re applying Syncro, follow the instead and apply everything the same day.
@@PanTheOrganizer thanks, I do have the Synchro
Can someone recommend the best Touch-Less pre wash snow foam. Heard that Bilt Hamber Touch-Less is good but out of stock in the US.
The next best thing would be Gyeon Foam or CarPro Lift or Koch Chemie Active Foam.
You can get them all here: bit.ly/35fJN1g
Pan, what do you recommend to protect vinyl wrap? Does ceramic coating work?
You can use a PPF coating. Those are compatible with vinyl wraps. See my tutorial here: ua-cam.com/video/7RCgqdGrvrA/v-deo.htmlsi=iFvFMAghCyelVE3W
@@PanTheOrganizer Thank you sir!
Amazing videos!! thanks for guiding the novice thru, I just got cquarz 3.0 and I want to ceramic coat my car, is an RS3 but the front is plastic but this "glossy" plastic can I use cquarz for this? or do I need another ceramic? Thanks a lot
Yes you can apply the CQuartz UK 3.0 on the glossy plastics too, including gloss black B-pillars.
By the way, congrats on the RS3! I detailed one in this video: ua-cam.com/video/641mAJfKDLM/v-deo.html

Is it recommended to apply a glaze and wax after applying any of these coatings or not needed?
No. Here’s how you maintain a ceramic coating: ua-cam.com/video/NDJG17gzwhM/v-deo.html
Reg CQuartz/Gliss user - Bought PURE - going to try that - what topper should I use? My car is midnight blue - lots of speckle!
They don't have glass bottle topper for Pure per say, but you can use Cure on top (equivalent to CarPro Reload).
Thanks for sharing this!
My pleasure! Thanks for watching!
@@PanTheOrganizer thank you very much! Detailing became passion thanks to you!
Hey Pan,
Great video!! Do you prefer 2 layers carpro uk 3.0 and top of with SiC or Gyeon syncro? Thx
Syncro will last longer if durability is important. Both are excellent.

Pan, love your video thanks for your work!
Are these products in Evo line safe to use on glass and trims?
My understanding is that these are all paint coatings (the ones in glass bottles).
CanCoat EVO can be applied on paint, trim, rims, metal, carbon fibre or PPF/vinyl. It is both a stand-alone product as well as a topcoat.
@@PanTheOrganizer thanks again Pan!
maybe it’s a good idea to get a Cancoat for trims and glasses😄
I bought a bottle of Wetcoat few years ago, as result of your recommendation.
Can you use Cancoat rather than Cure as a topper right after you apply Pure Evo? Like within an hour or so after applying Pure?
You'd have to ask Gyeon, but my guess would be no.
