I prefer a dark and stormy to have a slightly stronger rum to ginger beer ratio.

That is the classic recipe. But you should always feel free to experiment with different ratios. When it comes down to it you should drink what you like. So if you like yours with a stronger rum to ginger beer ratio, then enjoy!

Where’s the limes?

Hi Becky, you're right there should have been limes included in the recipe. Unfortunately I forgot to pick them up so I had to make due. But the full proper recipe for a Dark and Stormy is 2 oz Goslings rum, 6 ounces of ginger beer, and garnished with fresh limes.
