    I live in the middle east and had the creme plunder on my trip to Switzerland and have been craving it since! Back to Dubai I don't find this anywhere here so I'm really happy to have come across your video! thanks a lot :)
    Question - I have option to buy either white marzipan or golden marzipan, which one should I go for?

      From what i understand white and golden marzipan are interchangeable, the golden one just may have some added color!

    Excellent video! Thank you! I have had weinerbrod in a longer rectangle shape, with pastry cream and marzipan. I think a sprinkle on pearl sugar on top. Could I adapt this recipe?
