    250 g bread flour
    5 g salt
    35 g granulated sugar
    5 g dry yeast
    30 g unsalted butter
    130 g full-cream milk
    125 g unsalted butter for lamination
    **Cheese Filling
    200 g soft cream cheese
    50 g granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp vanilla paste
    1 unit egg
    1 pinch salt

    Is there anywhere I could just buy a thousand of these? Most awesomest cheese Danish I've ever had the pleasure of laying my eyes upon. My dog even started drooling and he was asleep. (Rusty)

    These danishes are unusually beautiful and crispy. I don't understand why you put a pan of boiling water in the oven, though.

    They look and probably taste fantastic, however I think you should loose the audio when you are taste testing. You should chew with your mouth closed.
