teaching the basics really helps on understanding more complex ideas. glad you teach these fundamentals. you're the best teacher i've ever seen! its an honor if i come to see you someday here in singapore
I am from Tanzania and we do IGCSE but its really interesting going thru math conspiracies esp. the 1+2+3+4+5+6+7...=-1/12 I started watching ur vids yesterday and have loved ur method of teaching since. Too bad I can't enroll at Cherrybrook highschool.
The Set of "Me's" who enjoy Venn diagrams and discrete maths is 'the Null Set.' Edit: just wait till you learn Abstract Algebra - your head will explode.
STOP, you are LUCKY to have him for a teacher. You may have contempt for books and studies. But when you leave school with too little learning, you will become *MR NOBODY* in the fast-paced world of money, careers, properties, success, power, etc. You become *UNIMPORTANT* and *INVISIBLE* when you lag in the rat race. After school, your friends will go separate ways. They move into different circles and so make new friends. When they rise high on the social ladder, they happily drop you and *FORGET* you. When you sink low, your friends in high places are too embarrassed to know you and cut all ties with you. Your moneyed successful friends will have everything for granted and they never understand why you are falling on hard times and why you are struggling financially. That above is the reality in the after-school life. While you are in school, value your every moment in being classroom, because in few years times, you won't be there and you will later regret of not having paid attention to teachers. Like it or not, teachers are trying to do their job of preparing you for life after school.
