Do you have any info about expanding and fixing Grant Line road that’s connecting Elk Grove, Rancho and Folsom?

I've heard they plan to eventually turn it into a highway there. That's a great way to commute between the cities with minimal traffic.

The New Rancho Cordova area is just as nice as Folsom in new construction without being overpriced as much. The new Acaia development and Montelena homes are every bit as awesome as the Folsom homes larger in some cases and less expensive.

OK gold river in Rancho Cordova is very beautiful but they’re HOA’S are very strict. That’s why everything looks all the same. You can’t deviate any way shape or form. So if you like that kind of a community then that’s the community for you. I like the Stonecreek Zinfandel Village area and like I said, positioned right in between sunrise, and Zinfandel wrote and white rock, however crime comes to every city and you must be aware that crime has risen 100% in both areas and I mean home break-ins yes in Folsom definitely because it is a affluent area. But even where I lived in Stone Creek all the mailboxes got broken and do a couple of times and then houses started getting broken into. You need to have a very good security system and a neighborhood watch. I don’t know about the school districts you’d have to look that up on your own, but if you’re into going to church, there are many many churches in many faiths that are supported in both communities. Roseville has the big galleria for shopping and that’s off of I 80 and that’s not in Folsom folsom has the Palladio and a lot of restaurants but they do have a really good movie theater called the luxe loved it there and the people working great service really great reclining seats and food brought to your table and drinks if you want them Back to your seat they have a cool lounge when you walk in the theater. Kind of reminds you of a a club vibe. I can tell you that my sister was back there visiting friends recently and she was shocked when she went in to get purchase butter, Bella, Raleys, and Folsom who is six dollars where she lives now it’s three dollars she’s not living in the state of California any longer so prices are much higher in those areas, just beware be informed that’s all the Harris Center for the performing arts is probably one of the best venues for artists. In Northern California. It’s at the college and there are three stages which can hold small performances to very large Broadway companies, and it was designed with the artist in mind. So when companies come to town and they need to load in or load out, it is all designed for them beautifully set up and beautiful venues on that college campus Folsom lake college. If you wanna take a drive east up I 50 long as it’s not snowing or raining it’s beautiful go to Apple Hill in Placerville my mom and dad lived there for 20 years fabulous however, since the last 10 years it is also very very crowded on the weekends. The traffic will be gridlocked getting into Placerville and through the area and if you wanna visit Applehill in the fall, which is the height of the apple season, and all the farms out there again, you are going to be in gridlock because people come from everywhere from the Bay Area and everywhere around the greater Sacramento area and up in the foothills to attend especially on the weekends. It is so crowded so busy it’s not enjoyable anymore and there’s a Lotta good wineries around here too, well that’s how progress goes. But go on a weekday and take a drive through Apple Hill and get the map of all the farms and the wineries and you will have a blast an absolute blast. Don’t go in the high season or if you do you better get there at 8 o’clock in the morning because by 9 o’clock you gonna be in bumper-to-bumper traffic of those country roads and you’re not gonna find a parking spot. Either high hill was one of my favorite farms to go too. They have a little late for the kids to fish in. They have bakery shops they have arts and crafts, vendors, and fudge shop but they make the fudge and the chocolates and it’s a lovely walk through the orchards and on the land and you can have lunch there I like Ables acres. They usually would have a for the kids in the autumn, pony rides and fun games and an outdoor haystack maze for them to run through and get lost and then of course a lot of them arts and crafts and vendors selling their wares and some very unique and beautiful items, and then mosey on up the road the lava cap a really beautiful winery lovely to sit outside and look up over the vineyards on the foothills. They also get fresh produce up at Apple Hill as well. Going to Placerville old Hangtown go to steamers get some clam chowder and if you like a bloody Mary, that’s what my mama liked go for it, this is the city where of the famous artist Thomas Kincaid grew up. A lot of his paintings were painted from his inspiration growing up in Placerville. He was called the painter of light. They also have the oldest hardware store. I think it’s the oldest one in California it’s fabulous she go in there and walk around it my God it’s like everything and anything from the turn of the century. It’s so much fun marshall hospital is up there if you need assistance and it used to be in the 1990s that we could go from Folsom all the way up to Sierra Tahoe to go skiing up by 50 oh gang of us on a Wednesday go alpine skiing and come back the same day no traffic those days are long gone. I used to tell people Sacramento was a well-kept secret when I moved there in 1990 end of 1991. You can go skiing in 45 minutes. You could be at the airport in 30 minutes and on a jet and out of the country you could go to the wine country within one hours distance. You could be in San Francisco and one hour. It was fabulous. great memories so I hope everybody finds what they’re looking for❤

Why are there so many helicopters and planes constantly flying over Rancho Cordova? Jesus, it seem like they should regulate the usage of Mather airport.
