Hey! Doesn't take very long, 4-6 months. Biggest issue is dealing with the county. I like private financing. At the end, I share how to use seller financed debt to fund development

Yep - typically a lot faster than normal construction methods. Depends on the weather, but can be up as quickly as 6 months or so

what about tractor trailer access?

Depends on the use - most flex users don’t need tractor trailer access and can accommodate box trucks instead, but for those that do need it you need to plan ahead so the access is best and you’ll need a loading dock
