    I made seasoned chicken with chicken tenderloin.
    It's sweet, crispy, and a bit spicy. (Spicy taste is adjustable)
    This chicken is delicious even when it cools down.
    It is a popular chicken that is bought in line in Korea.
    [2~3 servings]
    ✤ Chicken Seasoning
    -350g chicken tenderloin
    -3 pinch of salt
    -0.5 tsp ginger powder (tea spoon)
    -1 tsp of minced garlic
    -3 tbsp of cooking wine (rice spoon)
    -0.5 tsp black pepper
    ✤ Dough
    -40g Frying flour (flour20+corn srarch20+2pinch salt)
    -60g rice flour
    -1 pinch of salt
    -100ml of water
    ✤ Sauce (measured by rice spoon)
    -1 tbsp fine chili pepper powder
    -2 tbsp of sugar
    -3.5 tbsp starch syrup(replaced with honey)
    -1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    -0.5 tbsp oyster sauce(replaced with soy sauce)
    -0.5 tbsp ketchup
    -3 tbsp chili pepper oil
    -1 tsp minced garlic (don't add too much)
    ✤ garnish
    -1 spicy pepper (can be omitted)
    -Chopped peanuts
    ✤ TIP
    -If there is no fried powder, mix flour and cornstarch 1:1.
    And add 2 pinches of salt
    -If there is no chili pepper oil, add 0.5 teaspoon of chili powder and replace with vegetable oil.

    I finally made this today. My husband loves it. They say if a person takes a second portion it's because they're hungry. A third portion is a compliment to the cook. Well he took a third portion!

      I used today medium for both phases. Turned out really nice, but took me quit a bit, like 1,5 hour for the whole recipe. You also take this long?

      @@zsofi_cs9536 in my opinion it sounds like you overcooked it. Check them after first frying and keep in mind the second frying is REALLY QUICK

    Hola ^^
    Hoy intenté esta receta y me gustaría compartir algunos tipos/consejos/experiencias
    En cuanto a la salsa, -no utilicé la salsa de ostras
    -Sustitui el pimiento rojo en polvo por hojuelas de Chile (pero en 1/3 de cucharada ya que es muy fuerte)
    -Utilicé aceite vegetal normal en lugar del aceite de ají
    -En lugar del jarabe de almidón mezcle partes iguales de agua y fécula de maíz para que en total fueran las 3 1/2 cucharadas
    -Hice el doble de la cantidad de salsa Puesto que a mi parecer era muy poca salsa y no alcanzaría
    -Recomiendo tener cuidado con el aceite al freír el pollo, ya que llega a saltar un poco
    - La porción es para 3 personas
    La receta es muy deliciosa nwn

    Made this just today. It was a family dinner for 4 so I doubled the entire recipe and took out the syrup entirely, since we aren't very used to sweet dishes. I'm glad because it was the perfect amount of sweet and spicy for us with just the sugar. My chili powder wasn't great so I also added some chili sauce.
    Thank you so much for the recipe, amazing fried chicken!!
    Edit: the only part I didn't double was the batter. It looked like plenty for the amount of chicken shown in the video so I only upped the measurements by x1,5. Ended up perfect.

    I made this recipe today for my family, along with your other recipe for Udon noodles and it was SO GOOD!! I couldn't believe how tasty, soft and melty the chicken was! The double frying and the flour + water frying sauce truly changes everything! And the sauce! The entire dish was gone in a matter of minutes! Thank you so so much for this recipe!

    고추기름없어서 고춧가루추가했고 레시피대로 했는데 진짜 맛나요!!!
    기존에 하던 닭강정과 차원이 다르고
    쌀가루로 해서 그런지 더욱 맛나요♡

    I just made it. It tastes delicious my mom also loved it. She told me it would be good to have it with noodles or pasta. The only thing is it took so so long to prepare all the ingredients and to fry. But honestly, it was worth it. I was craving someone like this for quite some time.     I made it yesterday and it was sooo good !!! I really loved it !!! But I suggest for those who don’t really like sweet food don’t add the syrup to the sauce only sugar is enough! And I think it’s better using chili sauce than the powder it gives much better taste! I had some leftover and I really enjoyed them ! I really appreciate this great recipe !!! 💕💕💕💕

    Hi, thank you so much for this and some other great recipes I found new from you on UA-cam. Same problem as some others, I don't have many ingredients and it doesn't make sense to buy everything for a few times. If you don't cook Asian food regularly, it all goes in the bin at some point. So here's my question: would it be possible to use a ready-made sweet chilli sauce instead of the sauce as it is prepared in the recipe, and to mix it with the chicken pieces when slightly heated, adding a little soy sauce if necessary. Thank you and more of these great finger food

      Well you can order Gochujang online (I like to change the sauce a little by adding water, sugar, garlic powder, dark sesame oil and a bit vietnamese fish/anchovy Sauce for the savory flavor)
      Just adjust it to your liking!
      All the ingredients can be stored for long...

    Oh my God! Three years ago I spent a month in Seoul, South Korea, and I fell in love with its delicious food, but what I longed for the most was the fun nights we had this sweet and spicy fried chicken for dinner !!!       Oh I was looking for a comment like this! Do you think the oyster sauce was really missed in your version? My boyfriend has an allergy to shellfish. I don’t cook with oyster sauce. I was going to see if I could sub it with something else or omit altogether. Just didn’t want to mess up the entire recipe.

      @@candeezymarie9827 It definitely has a very balanced taste both bitter and sweet and a mixture of starch and rice flour and marinating make the meat soft. Even cooking with only flour and starch without marinating, becomes soft and the meat is cooked equally, and syrup and oyster sauce is not a big missing at all. I don't like oyster sauce either 😕
      You definitely try it 👍😉

    I made this with my mom today and it came out so good. I didn't have chili oil so I found this recipe where I had to heat up the oil and pour it over chili flakes and chili powder ( I think it was a decent substitute). I also have no idea if chili pepper powder is different from the usual chili powder, but yeh I didn't have to time to look for it so I just used chili powder. Overall I'm happy with how it turned out. Thanks :)

    Pour les français c'était super bon ! Réalisé pour la première fois ce midi. Je n'avais pas de sauce aux huitres alors j'ai mis plus de sauce soja, de la sauce tomate à la place du ketchup et du sirop d'agave pour remplacer le sirop d'amidon. C'était succulent, très caramélisé. Attention de ne pas faire les bouts de poulet trop petits car le goût de celui-ci disparaît sous la sauce. La sauce doit sans doute réveiller l'Umani. A refaire très vite :)

      Jeanne Séguineau c'était puissant mais trop épicé non, J'ai mis de la poudre de piment de Cayenne à mon goût mais je n'ai pas mis les piments verts à la fin Parce que je n'en avais pas. J'ai trouvé ça un peu sucré en revanche

    i did this impulsively and they turned out sooooo good 😭(i didnt have chili oil or syrup) and it still turned out yummy

    I made this recipe yesterday… it was soooo good! I can’t really eat spicy food so I did substitute the oil for vegetable oil but it tasted amazing!! 😋😋💕💕💕

    My friend sent me this and I'm so glad I happened to have just about all the ingredients, had to substitute and use hot honey and Worcestershire sauce as well as Tabasco but all in all great
