Cheers for the guide! Although from attack and defence 40-50 the bandit camp next to the GE seems to be a better place to level than the moss giants! Each highwayman gives you 66-68xp but you can easily kill them in 0.5 - 1.5s and as there is so many you never have to wait for any to spawn! By the time I killed 2 moss giants and let them respawn i had cleared 15+ highwaymen easily! There's more clicking involved but a lot more xp/hr this way :)
You can also train on fire giants in f2p in level 55 wildy. Theres a staircase leading down to a cave just south east of the wildy agility course. Run to the end of the cave for about 8 fire giant spawns. Its not multiway combat zone so you can attack only one at a time but they drop big bones. If you have a twisted bird skull necklace you can restore your prayer points and stay there practically forever. Great afk method for f2p

Yeah, I figured it'd be useful for people like that, A funny fact is that I've seen some 100% f2p accounts out there with hundreds of millions experience in total which was super surprising

You forgot Gud Axe, Gud armor and Gud shield :( well actually only armor is useful for +20 strength Also after Dragon Slayer quest, there is better Moss Giant spot on Crador island. But its really nice that you made this guide for the forgotten Runescape part :D

If you have decent defense you can afk the lower levels in wilderness zombies as well, they hit pretty low and only have 800 hp i think, for 40 something xp

Thank you for the guide, Protoxx. But er.. how should I say it.. Somehow it feels stupid to kill level 1 mobs from 1-40 fighting.. and the same for the higher ranges. Is that just the hardcore mindless grind RS does, doing the same low level stuff a kazillion time to switch to the next mid level stuff to do it a kazillion times to span whole dozens of level ranges.. :-o Don't get me totally wrong, I am an old severely addicted MMO/Sandbox MMO player but.. that is so.. meh Oo
Focus more on atk after 60 or so but it depends on what u want. U can train all 3 easily till 40 (combined) but higher attack means u can use a higher tier wep and lvl def and str faster for example
there's a bank guy in the cemetery thingy just south of the west most blue dragons at the spot you were at. used that when was doing the wildy tasks and banking hides.
Imo at 25-30 combat stats it’s better to move on to Minataurs in the strong hold each one is 119 xp per kill as opposed to only 16 from trolls. You lose out on drops but by the time you’ve reached 30 in melee stats the items from the trolls can wait net you nearly 1 mil GP more than enough for rune armor and what ever else you’ll need.
NS-ing is non stop attacking someone till they log out (trting to force them to leave by being toxic/non stop attacking them) it can be "friendly" but its usually very toxic
I personally would opt for doing them separately to get access to higher level weapons before Armour because in F2P you won't really be afking (except for hellhounds) so more damage will benefit you more generally speaking *Never level defence much higher than your attack or strength when you !first start! off because you won't be able to do much to higher level monsters*

Just as a side note to anyone who watches this video from now to whenever, if you complete the troll area quest line/tutorial type thing, you gain access to rooms like 10+ trolls compared to the 3 shown in this video, when using the exp counter, I was roughly hitting 50-60k an hour when killing them at max speed, enjoy :)
Its the exact same room shown in the video however if you complete the tutorial at that location you will eventually be told to go into the mine and not just wander there off spawn, once you are told to go into the mine and have the quest, instead of two or three trolls in each room, they will be filled with 10+

hellhounds doesnt work because a giant fireball hits you like every couple minutes and does 33 damage saying something about magical embers from the volcano also random high level monsters spawn and start wrecking you too.
press esc and go to the interfaces menu. its under combat. you can uncheck the combat skills you don't want xp to go to. sorry, don't remember the exact names of the menus

Its similar but its different for the mid levels
40-53/59 hill giants, 59 or 53 with magic potions earth blast ankous then lesser demons the rest of the way
So about the Hill Giants spot, the door is opened with a "Brass Key" not a Dusty Key, I think they changed that
A great way to train combat is to kill cursed energy bots

Theres diffefent variety if u want it, especially at higher levels but really only for members :/

I'm curious as to what NS-ing is. Also on the (free) trade world you can find people in the white portal to train on/with.

Do you split your XP between Attack/defense/strength when you train? Or 1 at a time?
I personally would do attack first to 50, then defence (with strength hanging around at like 30) then just train attack and strength up first

Yes. Go to Settings>Gameplay> Combat & Action Bar > Combat XP. Under "Melee", just select "Strength"
