We enjoyed limoncello and meloncello and then we tried the pistachio cream liqueur and fell in love with it. We started referring to it as “pistachiocello”. Yumm! I’m looking forward to making your recipe and gifting it to friends and family here in the USA for Christmas.
Love your liqueur videos. If I may, here's the formula for reducing the amount of alcohol (in say vodka or rum (usually around 40% , or a spirit of something like 96% ABV ). Divide the ABV (alcohol by volume) of your liquor by the target ABV you want. If you are using vodka at 40% and you want a liqueur of 20% ABV then 40% /20% = 2, multiply that number by the ACTUAL volume of the liquor (say 1000 ml) = 2000 and subtract the actual volume (1000) = 1000 ml, You need to add 1000 ml of liquid to your chosen spirit to reduce the ABV from 40% to 20%. If the ABV of your chosen spirit was say 60% then the first number would be 3 and 3 X 1000 = 3000 minus 1000 = 2000 and so you would need to add 2000 ml of liquid to hit 20%.

Thanks for this video. I made it according to the 95% alcohol version but left out a little everclear so the final alcohol content was 20%. After it chilled it was pretty much solid. I had to dilute to 15% alcohol to get a thinner texture with a combination of water, milk and cream. Is it normal for this to be very thick after being in the fridge or does it sound like I may have accidentally whipped the cream while blending everything?
Nice...I made it ,but to be honest I prefer the one I make from almonds....just wonder why you use only 70 gr of sugar with vodka and 150 gr of sugar of the volume in both cases is the same.?
