👁 About this video : Today we check out the 2022 Lexus LS 500 F Sport! This model has a facelift and some great options! The exterior has a nice look, the grill in the hour glass shape design works really well with the rest of the contours in the front bumper. I love how the front emblem is also the sensor, very nice how that's incorporated to keep a stylish front end! This model features a lot of dark chrome and it works well with the black exterior! You'll see that on the wheels and trim on the side and some on the rear end! The interior has a beautiful design with leather and wood trim! The two tone seats have a great design as well and have multiple adjustments to make them perfect for long cruises! The grab handles are my favorite part with a floating design, just gives it a unique look! The infotainment system is easy to use on the 2022 Lexus and there's a lot of information to go through! The driving experience is really where it's at! Incredibly comfortable with the option to change into sport s or sport S+ and it has a nice exhaust note! So you have the best of both worlds with the Lexus LS 500, both luxury and performance, with plenty of room for passengers or storage! This would be a great daily driver for sure!

I’d love to have the f sport exterior but the regular luxury interior.
Yeah that would be pretty cool for sure. Maybe look at aftermarket bumper kits or something
100%
I could not agree with you more, I have the 2019 Fsport LS500 and the seats suck, the regular upgraded LS500 seats are wayyyyyyyy nicer
Exactly Same as the lx570 the grill is a no no
Exactly the interior stale af
Idk why buy i’m obsessed with this LS!😂🥇
These are really nice cars for sure!
Me too like OMG😭😭😭
I just turned in my LC500 to have a few things taken care of after taking delivery. They gave me an LS500 as a loaner and I'm blown by it honestly. They should drop that 3.5 in the LC with a price reduction. It would be a great option. I love my 2UR-GSE tho. Id still get that. 😆 I have to say it was fun hooning around in. Its a total sleeper in standard trim white w/ chrome wheels. LOL I pulled some crazy ass shit and whos gonna say anything? "White Lexus LS you say?" 😂 yea that's not getting picked up. If you wanna rob a bank...this is your get away. LOL
I want this car! I'm a Lexus type of guy for sure.
Keep working towards it and you'll make it happen! It's a fun Lexus!
I saw this car and I am really amazed with exterior. It's so long too
Really long
Oh cool. Very clean car and it has some size for sure!
This will be my next car.. I’m obsessed
Cool! Keep working towards it!
Me too
The red interior is the best.
I would agree! Very cool to see that on this Lexus!
Beautiful car.......
Also it's a 10 speed auto...not a 8 speed
Hmm, I think that is right. When I went to shift at 16:16, I probably wasn't going fast enough for it to upshift again. And the Lexus window stickers always have the transmission and that’s what I read to get it as well.
Gorgeous car
For sure! Lexus makes some great cars!
This would be great with a GMC Duramax diesel, also I'd take out the backseat and make it a pickup
lol that'd be an intersting build!
$32,000 returns in just 14 days , my financial life is totally changed…All thanks to Mrs Charlotte Junko Walsh
I have also been trading with her, The profits are secured and over a 100% return on investment directly sent to your wallet. I made up to $106,000 in 2months trading with her
Thanks for checking out the Lexus review! It’s a cool sedan!
wow
Today on "Shit that never happened"
Does the 2022 LS 500 Fsport have reclining rear seats!
I am sure this is a super car, but I still think that the original LS400 1990 had more soul !
This isn’t a super car! Just a nice Lexus sedan!
Fit AF 💪🔥
lol thanks!
anyway all these new gasoline cars are so far behind Chinese EV brands like BYD, Zeekr, LiXiang etc they are just on another level and they haven't gone international yet..
I would definitely disagree with that statement. Why do you think those are better cars?
still got such an outdated GPS... the NEW RX and NX has a better GPS system
Yeah Lexus needs some new tech for sure
The stereo system in that car is crazy, 23 speakers one of the best on the market. My 2020 RX Fsport has the 15 speaker setup and I love it.
Oh cool. Yeah this sounds amazing for sure when using it!
This has the 10 speed auto - not the 8 speed that you mentioned in the beginning
Yeah this was super nice to check out!
Now if this doesn't exemplify luxury I don't know what does! The controls for the front seats from the back really pops off! I think this LS would give the German "big cars" a run for their money and this one would probably last a little longer in my opinion.
I would agree! It's a great option if you aren't looking to spend a crazy amount, even though it is pricey.
I am one year late!! Also I still get one bro.
does the f sport have different suspension than the normal LS? Is the ride quality worse?
I think it's all the same. Really just an appearance package
So I currently own a 2020 ES350. Would it be worth trading for the 2022 LS?
Probably not to be honest! They aren't that much different, but unless you can get a crazy good dealer somehow, I personally don't see the need too. Did you see any differences you liked better compared to your Lexus?
Pure Luxury, beautiful
It sure is!
This particular example is gorgeous with the dark chrome wheels. The interior of this car is second to none in quality, but it needs the newest Lexus infotainment from the NX and the car is crying out for a a V8. This LS has been far less successful sale wise than ALL other LS models because they strayed to far from the basic formula that made the previous LS models so compelling. They tried to make it sportier and gave up that ride the older cars had, no V8, and back seat is more snug now. Funny thing is this is my favorite LS since the original one design wise. Oh well.
The good news is it’s depreciated faster than the 460s did, I’ve already seen low mileage 18s in the low 50s which isn’t bad with how high used car prices are in general. Very tempting upgrade
Keep in mind this has a twin turbo V6. So while it's no V8 in the sound, this will make better power and efficiencincy. The V8 is cool tho
Not too bad
Ive got the 2018 LS 500 with the Executive Interior (Reclining rear seats, Pano roof etc. I changed out the grille and lower left and right front fog lite area Grilles to the F-sport Grilles so now the car has the F-Sport front end but with the beautiful upgraded Executive interior so its best of both worlds and the twin turbo V6 is faster then the previous Generation V8 and the power is smooth and plenty, the people who complain about it not having a V8 are the people who have not driven this twin turbo V6, its a Stunning automobile and attracts a TON of positive attention, every where I go people are looking at it and complimenting it, Im happy that you don't see these everywhere it makes it way more exclusive when you roll up, I also have noticed that I get a lot of looks from people in S-classes, they can't help but look at it and you can see the appreciation in their eyes lol my neighbor has a Merc S550 and he even came over to look at it when I bought it and loves it, I live in Los Angeles, S-Class, 7 Series, Rolls, Bentlys are EVERYWHERE its nice to have a big body that you don't see everywhere, Ive got an Audi R8 as my weekend driver So Im use to a lot of power, this is more then enough for a luxury sedan, people fail to realize its a huge luxury sedan and faster then most cars on the road with a 0-60 under 5 seconds
Well, within reason, so far this is a better video, some details are explained a little bit better than some others, I'm saying, if a customer has the interested thoughts of buying his given model, I think it's all about, detail, by detail, by detail, ! ! ! , I'd rather learn everything before I buy, especially this pricey, driver controls mean everything, seating for 4,5,,, reasonable trunk space, good hwy gas mileage, now pray for some lottery money, unless your personal income is up the hundreds of thousands, if you actually have that much money to blow, everyone has their own opinion of the judgement is for considering,
Some people have more money than brains,
I’m glad you found the video helpful and very detailed,
But I’m not sure why you think someone needs hundreds of thousands to buy this car. If you are smart and budget correctly, this is very attainable. I bought an $80K car making $40k a year. Anything is possible if you set your mind to it. And what people choose to buy with their own money doesn’t mean they have more money than brains. It’s all about what makes the buyer happy and what they want to drive.
Just looks so basic to me. Not worth $89k in my opinion. Looks not far apart from a Honda or Toyota that costs $25k.
Yeah literally I think I knew now My high school band has a red ♥️♥️ Lexus LS500 why because I really shocked that she can afford a expensive car like that plus my opinion she is really doing to much 😊😊 plus I never thought about her getting a expensive car like Lexus plus I bet you her 2 kids liking and loving her ♥️🍒 car already and also maybe one I wish I could ride in my high school band teacher red ♥️🍒 Lexus LS500 one day and I gotta tell the truth one time the truth is I haven't been in Lexus for a long time ago and p.s man 👞♂️👞 Lexus is one heck of a expensive luxury car in the universe plus really expensive car better than Cadillac,Audi,Tesla,KIA, Range Rover, Volvo, Jaguar 🐆🐆, Volkswagen, Bentley, BMW,Hyundai, Honda, Nissan, Infiniti and Mercedes Benz the top expensive cars in the universe plus I think that my white female high school band teacher favorite car is probably Lexus why because I don't know also.
The Lexus LS500 is a great luxury model for sure! Not quiet on par with some of the models you listed like Mercedes Benz, Audi Range Rover and a few others! It's definitely a nice vehicle, but the interior is outdated compared to the competition! Still a nice vehicle though if you don't want all that tech or extras!
I like the car but every year it's practically the same car with minor differences, when is Lexus gonna quit F#ck!#g around and add some Horsepower to the LS 💁♂️
Like damn can we get at least 500HP on the LS.
Yeah Lexus is very slow to change. I'm more into the European brands
Can the button in the back that adjust the font passenger seat be disabled from the infotainment system? If I owned this car I would hate for a kid to be in the back moving the front seat back and forth for no reason LOL!
I don't think you can disable it, but you can always tell them not to do that :)
@@BrosFOURRSpeed lol easier said than done, thanks for the response and great content!
Pretty sure Lexus has disabled the feature when a passenger is in the front passenger seat. All relatively late model cars have a sensor in the front passenger seat that is related to the airbag system, so the car knows if someone is seated there.
I like the fact that they kept the analogue clock. take note Mercedes
Yeah its a good touch
Mercedes did take note...but they crumpled it and threw it away.
One thing that I hate so much about the Lexus LS500 (especially most cars) are the heated and cooled seats. I like the heated and cooled seats, but one thing that I hated so much is that both of them cannot be turned on at the same time! I noticed that European car brands with heated and cooled seats can be turned on simultaneously (including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Rolls-Royce and Volkswagen), why not other car brands, including the American car brands like Cadillac?
That’s not correct at all! I’ve never seen any vehicle have the ability to do that, it’s either one or the other. Never at the same time..why would you need them both on? That doesn’t make any sense why you would need to do that.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed To determine whether both heated and cooled seats can be turned on at the same time or not.
I noticed that the full electric Rolls-Royce Spectre (or any other Rolls-Royce car today or 10 years go) has the ability
to do so. My family has 2 Kia cars: a 2013 Kia Rio Hatchback and a 2017 Kia Carnival 2.2 Diesel inline-4, both have
heater controls, blue and red.
@@BrokenAdam770 you can’t have the heated and ventilated for the seats on at the same time, that’s not possible..
Lexus needs to update the dash screens and leather to make it more luxurious like the MB, BMW and even Genesis G90. The Current dash looks like it should be in the Small SUVs Lexus make. THe pattern of the leather seats are not for the US market.
The interior is luxurious as is, and the leather that is used in most of these luxury cars is man made leather. So I don’t understand what update the leather means lol. You really have to sit and be in the flesh when your looking at cars, a Lexus or a Mercades, bmw or all the way up to a rolls, you have to be in the flesh to have a real life opinion on it. Pixels from a phone or a pc doesn’t do cars Justice most of the time.
Honestly the pattern on the seats is a personal preference, I don't see anything wrong with them for the US market..But I do agree the screen could be updated more, but the demographics of this car enjoy the car as is without all the fantasy screens and info!
I think it's a nice interior for sure!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed updated how? The screen size? Everything that is needed is there, in my eyes at least. People I think say they want all this extra shit, then don’t use it once they buy the car lol. Apple car play, back up camera/360 camera is nice(the 360 is not necessary, but very helpful if you have it) heated/cooled, power everything, heated /power folding mirrors, it has all the lane keep assist and all that stuff. But after looking at everything the car offers, what else do you need. If you want the cool but gimmicky party trick tech, Mercades does that better. But then again I always say Lexus and Mercades, or any German brand for that matter have a different philosophy when it comes to cars. And it caters to a person that still wants a fancy luxury car outside and on the inside, nice useful reliable tech, but doesn’t feel it’s fully necessary to pay so much more money for gimmicks and party tricks, accompanied by way higher maintenance cost, repair cost, and overall cost of ownership and less reliable. Lexus has the perfect blend of everything I feel they do everything nicely, nothing feels skewed, it’s balanced between cost, luxury, tech, comfort, reliability, quality, badge status ect. Love the Germans as well, but would only get one with a warranty then sell it after it runs out. But for me and a lot of people, Lexus is the perfect blend.
@@xavierwashington4820 the only thing the LS needs is a updated odometer because its dated, nothing else is needed to be honest. The garbage trackpad can be avoided now because of the touch screen as well
the only problem is they use fake exhaust pipes overall they are perfect
If I won the powerball this would be my first purchase.
It’s certainly a nice Lexus! You wouldn’t want anything else?
Miss the v8
Yeah the V8 is a pretty solid option on the older one
Is this a hybrid or V6 twin turbo? Could you do a side by side comparison on both. Great review, by the way...I subscribed for more
It's the 3.5L twin turbo! I haven't seen the hybrid version yet! It will be the exact same car with same features just the different engine of course! Thanks for subscribing! We have reviews go up everyday!
same engine as the is350, except its not NA and its turbo'd
It's a 300 cc 2 cylinder from a fiat.
Ill take this over a Tesla bmw or Mercedes any day
I’d take a bmw over Lexus all day! What’s your reasoning for that?
Same hp as the regular ls500
Yea, the F Sport package doesn't add horsepower, it's more cosmetics.
a CD player but no wireless charger? 🤧
Lol yeah! Most people using a cd won’t know about wireless charging 🤣
I just bought a 2022 es 350 in 5 years I’m coming back for this 🤣
Very cool! That’ll be a nice Lexus upgrade!
How is the 2022 es? Is the cabin noise loud? Is the FWD an issue? I’m about to buy one?
@@Karma-hy6ki not at all great car and fast . 302hp not bad comfortable aswell
@@mikelowry5012 I mean I’m by no means a car enthusiast or drive any car to its limits. I want a practical somewhat higher end car that I can rely on for 5-6 years. I also live in a busy ass nyc. I need this for work school and errands. You think it’s worth just buying a new 2023 EA F sport for my situation? I’ve practiced and driven on beater cars, so even a reg V6 is an upgrade for me
@@Karma-hy6ki absolutely do it ! It’s not gaudy it’s classy practical and reliable for sure . You still see the older models going strong . I have the premium package entry level but still a great vehicle.
Very beautiful car
It's a nice Lexus for sure!
Ain't no way that's a $80K interior. I'd take G80 over this anyday
Yeah buy what works for you. Keep in mind the Lexus will be much more reliable for long term. And hold better resale value by a little bit. So depends on what you want
I want this car
The LS is a very nice car!
It's a beauty very nice looking car
It sure is! Lexus makes some nice vehicles!
8 speed automatic? 10 speed automatic
Yea it’s the 10 speed for this Lexus.
I love this car Lexus
Great choice for sure!
Love the way that exhaust sound
Yeah very nice for a luxury car like this
It's synthetic sound pumped in the speakers but I like it. That's only in sport and sport + mode. Comfort doesn't have the augmented sound.
I hope you will have more motorcycle content. 🙂
We'll try to work on more motorcycle content when the weather gets nicer!
V6 Turbo sucks comparing to the opulent 5.0 V8 in IS. Sorry.
Can you be more specific why you don't like the V6? The V8 is cool, but nothing wrong with the V6 either.
2022 Kawasaki Ninja 400
2022 Tesla Model S Plaid
2020 Audi R8 V10 Decennium Limited Edition
If you have enough time, hope you can review these. 🙂
The Audi R8 decennium is very limited and we probably won't ever seen one! The Tesla and ninja maybe one day!
Beautiful Lexus 😍 black on black just like I'd spec it!
It’s a sweet spec for sure! Make it happen!! It’s a cool Lexus!
My neighborhood loves Lexus cars, great reliability and good power. Can't argue much against that.
Couldn't agree more! The navigation screen is a little funky to use with the pad, but overall nice!
Nice car
It's a sweet Lexus for sure!
I would rather have a BMW 5er.
BMW would be more sporty compared to this Lexus, so just depends on what you need!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed While the Lexus is more reliable, cos it’s a Japanese executive vehicle based off a Toyota.
Yeah I agree. However BMW has really stepped it up and I'd trust the reliability of all there new generation cars. They have been in the top 5 for a bit
@@BrosFOURRSpeed Top 5 what, I've never seen them close to lexus in any reliability ratings. Interesting I'd like to know what publications you read , because I've seen none.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed Ain' no bimmer merc audi or Porsche beating lexus at reliability, simple perfection, the overly technological german cars keep breaking down, you know what your getting when you buy a Lexus but your only buying a German car for that high end feeling and social gratification.
🥈
Thanks for checking out this Lexus review!
All that and quality too.. Lexus. Cool review Mike..
Glad you enjoyed the Lexus review! It’s a nice sedan for sure!
Nice looking vehicle. I love that Lexus still gives you the analog clock.
It's a sweet luxury sedan for sure! Some old school mixed with new school!
Is the ride height adjustable? It seemed a little high even with the 20" wheels.
You can probably adjust the stock suspension or go with an aftermarket setup. Automakers don't lower them from the factory so most cars will be higher like this.
