I would have gotten a room for the night hung out with them guys listen to their stories looked at their bikes and then rode home in the morning. And have a great memory.
Wow this one was emotional for me. Harley Davidson is such a HUGE part of our culture here in Milwaukee. There is a manufacturing plant less than a mile from my house and the anniversary rallies are beyond stunning events to watch here. FEEL THE THUNDER!!! It was so awesome and breath taking to see that in a whole other part of North America others are sharing in the joy of what Harley Davidson is all about and not letting the virus or anything stop that enjoyment. Mike, you captured it all so incredibly with outstanding footage and editing. I must have watched like 3 times and sharing with my Harley friends!!!
We are lucky to live here aren’t we. I just got back from 10 days on the Island and it was great. I have forwarded this Vlog to some friends who are major motorcyclists age 72 & 65. They will love this.
This was great ❤️.....my Dad had an Indian Chief before he married....and I loved watching the motorcycles during the summer in Sunapee Harbor when I lived there (highly recommend) in New Hampshire. I was fortunate enough to make friends with someone and ride a few times. If you ever visit, you may find that flame covered motorcycle.... the rider gets mistaken for the lead of Aerosmith 😊 ....who has a home “down the road”....so many stories I have of the “harbor” and the cute restaurant called “The Anchorage” where said lead singer met his friend JP who was working there in the 70’s. Before my time! Not sure if they are open at the moment but they do have an outside deck. So many happy and crazy memories ❤️
DownieLive I wish! I grew up in Vermont 🌲 ....and never knew about Sunapee until 2003. Maine is beautiful too...highly recommend Camden and Bar Harbor ⭐️❤️
Absolutely fantastic machines. I love them. When I was in Phillidelphia I visited the Harley store. So amazing I didn't want to leave. Brilliant video and beautiful bikes. Well done.
Wow...so nice! Back in 92 my husband and I did the Alcan on our goldwing. Took us 30 days to get from Anchorage, Alaska to Las Vegas, NV. Some amazing things happened and we met amazing people! My husband still rides a lot...me not so much! :( -Keep up the good work.
Your video is like a beautiful dream. How fortunate you are to have gotten to have that experience... this ride with a great bunch'a great guys. Thank you 🏍
these harleyss dude!! my grandfather owned knucklehead back in 1940's he sold it when we moved from wisconsin to fort wanye but that machine was insane
Great Video Mike. You are right. Wind Therapy works great. I love motorcycle rides. I need to get another one. Stay Safe and God Bless You and your family.
Really enjoyed this episode. Back in the day (1930’s), my dad rode an Indian with the stick shift. I believe it was a late 1920’s bike. Seeing these old classics gave me a bit of a glimpse into his past. Thanks.
Thank you for your videos featuring Canadian locations and attractions. Canada is an extraordinarily beautiful country, hope to see many more videos of Canada.
Little Mike on a bike. That is one big bike. Hey thank you for the road trip Loved it it was awesome learned a lot about the old bikes. Keep looking for more things to show us. Have a great weekend
Wow, Mike, viewing this clip reminded so much of my earlier life when I used to ride almost every Sunday with the Motorcycle Touring Club of Victoria back in the 70s and 80s (my 20s and 30s years). Of course, that meant going to church on Saturday evenings to pray for good weather and a safe ride. My last ride was in December 1994 when some idiot came around a corner on my side of the road and I had to take evasive action. Love your comments re unusual attractions, the scenery of the upper Fraser Canyon, Lillooett and Highway 99 overlooking Howe Sound. The moon through the bridge shot convinced me you are blessed. When I was over there in '95, my Vancouver Host and I had a day railfanning the Fraser Canyon as far as Lytton. The standing joke on this is that we were 'beyond Hope'. Yes, well, we were of course. Anyway enough from me for this week. Cheers from Michael locked down but well downunder in Melbourne.
Great video Mike, nice to see you doing what is one of your passions. Some great vintage bikes and terrific drone shots as well. Thanks again for the great entertainment
lets get some more old bikes outs guys. All bikes welcome but its not called "VINTAGE CANYON RUN" for nothing :) I'll bring my 58 pan and 42 flathead again but will have side car added to panhead this time !!!!
Motorcycles without computers. These are the real deal. I just turned 62, and I want one really bad. Sadly I can't afford the price tag. I seriously envy someone who can afford a bike like these.
Old mortorcycle, but if we repair it with our hearts and worship, it will become THE KING OF THE ROAD that soars towards its destination. Like a bird swooping in the sky, playing with the wind...💖
That was nice Mike and what a great bunch of guys. This looks like a nice motorcycle ride. Some of those old Vintage bikes are pretty cool. I guess mine could be thought of as vintage too since it's 32 years old, .. but it's not a Harley.
Should we ask how you got that great footage that made it look like you were in the wrong lane on a 2-lane road? OK, I won't ask. 🤣 Such great scenery and that moonrise was indeed spectacular.
This motorbike is THE motorbike. It sounds so great. I am living in the landscape in Germany but unfortunately a lot of bikers are "organ donators on two wheels" because they drive risky and too fast. Especially in spring time when the weather gets better. During winter they have forgotten how to handle their machines in a proper way. So drive carefully.
Great Video , and awesome meeting you on the 6 th annual Vintage canyon run bc everyone had the best time and this was the best kept secret in BC Canada ,, join us next year for the 7th annual @vintagemotorcyclecanyonrunbc or add yourself on our facebook group Motorcyle Canyon run- bc Cheers everyone and Big thanks to Michael Downie
Long after my uncle lost his knucklehead he had the certificate in a frame on the wall stating that the motorcycle had gone 110 miles an hour brand new. Full of gas and oil it weighed 500 lb. It was a super light Speedster of the day. My Uncle used to say for $500 you can get the best motorcycle in the world or the worst car in the world. Harley man to the day he died.
All of my stuff outside of my newer Harley Sportster or kick only and they only take one or two kicks if they take more than that then I need to tune them up simple.
It's good to see old iron out on the road. Too many good bikes mausoleums under glass when they should be out on the road with a fire in their belly. There is just something about riding a real old bike like flying a real old biplane you just can't compare it to modern day. It is something else.
It's a shame that all of the places with beautiful riding scenery are also the places that are covered in snow 9 months of the year. Oh well c'est la vie.
British Columbia is one of the best provinces. Such a gorgeous province, so much to see . Im glad i live here !!
It was such a joy to ride my 58 panhead. Our support crew was awesome. Can't wait for next year.
You're a free spirit, Mike! Don't ever lose that! It defines you!

Alright, JJ!
Thanks for sharing, and I’m glad I captured the spirit.

The mountains in the background are absolutely gorgeous.
Never been a motorcycle guy but this video (And those views) were really awesome. BC has it all
Who needs Sturgis? Amazing scenery, Thanks for sharing how awesome BC is!
Thanks Wes!
What a beautiful ride! Exploring where you live is what is going to have to happen this summer!
That is so awesome you got to ride with that amazing group of people!!
Your video is like a beautiful dream.

The ending shots were simply beautiful. What an amazing trip!
Having a Ural tourist Sidecar outfit is like riding a 1940s motorcycle everyday. Not fast but fun you betcha!
I’m so glad you’re being wowed on your B.C. adventures!
Great Video Mike. You are right. Wind Therapy works great. I love motorcycle rides. I need to get another one. Stay Safe and God Bless You and your family.
Wow what a great ride along very cool! Great vid!!

Wow! It’s incredible how bikes were made this way originally and so amazing to see them still running so well.
I was there. On that ride. Black Heritage Softail with collector plate.
Oh beautiful, yes! Hi 👋🏼
Thank you for your videos featuring Canadian locations and attractions. Canada is an extraordinarily beautiful country, hope to see many more videos of Canada.

Looks like you had an awesome ride. I loved the footage going through the mountains. Thanks for sharing!
That's one heck of a big bike, ride looked fun, great video, stay safe.
Great video Mike, nice to see you doing what is one of your passions. Some great vintage bikes and terrific drone shots as well. Thanks again for the great entertainment
Beautiful video. I rode from Calgary to Vancouver to Spokane many years ago and it was the greatest ride ever. Wish I was with you. Love your video's.

DownieLive I really really enjoy your videos. Btw was that burger you had good?
Meh. It wasn’t great, but I needed it. 👍🏼
DownieLive you do a really nice job with your vlogs. I really love the train tours how Americans traveled by trains sounds so cool
I love motorbikes! :)
YEAH YOU DO!! Can't wait to ride with you again, buddy!
Have a look at Dreamcycle Motorcycle Museum in Sorrento, BC.
Pioneer bikers road motorcycles with pedals and coaster brakes course there was less traffic back then too.
Long after my uncle lost his knucklehead he had the certificate in a frame on the wall stating that the motorcycle had gone 110 miles an hour brand new. Full of gas and oil it weighed 500 lb. I wish I could still ride but I'm hurt pretty bad two car crashes God speed remember rubber side down

"Drool"!!!!✌🐢

Wow !🏍🏍🏍
Vintages bikes were made with high quality iron and aluminum not the recycled aluminum and iron .
Mike does Triumph still make a bonneville? What model is yours?
I believe it still makes the Bonneville.
I ride the Street Triple.
Very nice video mike plus hows yours road trip??
The road trip is great!

Come to 🇵🇰Pakistan🇵🇰 and beautiful places in 🇵🇰Pakistan🇵🇰 (kpk) you want heaven must come to 🇵🇰Pakistan🇵🇰
Best looking bike of the bunch is an Indian. Go figure
This is a fun video, and cool to see the old bikes; but where are the masks & social distancing? We're still in a pandemic. 🧡
We were outdoors and most people that aren’t in the same bubble kept 6ft. apart.
The red bike is an Indian not a Harley
You are correct.
