I like this, pretty unique. They got their own thing goin. It's not pitch black and terrifying, kinda cool to see everything, whoever did lighting knew some stuff.
I wonder why this had to be re-uploaded ... But yes, I love the concept and execution of this maze. It definitely has a unique feel to it without being over-the-top.
My previous upload didn't contain any scare actor for the first half of the video and most of the animatronics weren't working. In this new upload, you can see more scare actors and working animatronics.
Oh yes, I remember 0:50 from the first upload and it seemed like you were expecting someone to pop out but nobody did. That makes sense! Thanks for the re-upload, I really look forward to these every year. ^^
SoCal attrctions 360 I have been going to Knott’s scary farm cents 2014 and dark ride is one of my favorite mazes. I went through dark ride in 2019 there were no scar actors at one point. I know this doesn’t have any thing to do with Knott’s scary farm but I did a haunt in 2019 and 2020 called the 17th door. I would like to hear you thoughts about it
That looks so good... I’ve been to a lot of universal studios Florida Halloween Horror Nights through the years, but this one looks like it might be better than some of their scarier mazes.
The concept for this was pretty good though they could have really done well with some tweaks. You start out with the cliche dark ride from the beginning, and it's super lame with its spools, but when you reach the end of what's supposed to be the ride, it just all goes extreme with the behind the scenes gore and scares, and everything goes wrong. They could have moved the scare actors out of the beginning areas, turned up the cheese for the first half, and really hammer down on stuff like the glitchy music (great touch btw).
The guy at 1:27 in the chair is my scare actor spirit animal. Not having to be in anyone's face or yell. Just popping up out of the chair once in awhile.
I see a few comments saying the talent was bleh. This was literally day one, opening night. What do you expect? They arent gonna go all out and tire or hurt themselves first night. Also probably first time in their spots, getting use to the flow etc. I bet half of you couldnt do what they do.
As a former haunter myself, opening night isn't usually the best time to go to a haunted house. It does take at least a night or two to work out the bugs in your performance. You also have to learn to pace yourself and if your part involves screaming, you have to find a way to do it without burning out your voice in the first hour.
I worked the fear factory two years now in Utah, and I've gotta say you do NOT WANT to put in 100% the first few hours in. I had to do factory worker getup which mostly included a raggy shirt and stained overalls. I was responsible for washing my own gear, and I had to launder it every night due to the amount of sweat that got on it. The spot I worked in had a darkzone which meant guests weren't allowed inside, giving actors time to rotate out or catch their breath. Every day I'd use up my three water bottles and two gatorades. I cannot imagine the stress it gives for crowds such as this. Was fun as hell though
if im not mistaken there is a rehearsal night here no? thats when you need to figure your room and spot out not with paying guests that have to walk by and get stared at..... and before you ask yes i have worked 14 seasons at haunts... 3 being at universal on the streets.
It's not intended to, obviously for copyright reasons, but I totally see that and I think it's either a moving skeleton or, If it is a track than its just another part of the "Dark Ride" track
I suspect he raised his ISO to let more light into the lens. Has nothing to do with a good camera :-) Altho raising ISO and having less noise because of that means he does have a quality camera and lens.
I like this maze. Reminds you of an old classic spook ride. I live near Dorney Park. They have a good haunt lineup, but if they ever change one of the mazes or add a new one again, this would be a good one.
my question is.. was it a real dark ride at some point in time and then they changed it into a haunted walk through..?? i'm being serious to btw.. so if some one can tell me that'll be awesome
This maze was never a ride at any point. The building this maze was in could be removed and turned into a 80’s dance floor or any event knotts could use it for.
TheRealMikey there actually used to be an old dark ride. I forgot the name of it but it was like a time travel ride. It used to be located above the arcade
Am I the only one who thinks this maze looks kinda boring? Like, the “jump scares” were so predictable. Like, it’d be a good experience for someone who doesn’t enjoy intense haunted houses but still wants to experience one, but I don’t think it looks all the good.
will their actors maybe s little bit negh. but at least knots scary form is more creational than hhn because all they just do is have the purge or walking dead or insidious it needs to goo
"Youre not supposed to be here. This is my place. They said I could be here, but not you!" That guys cracks me up. 😂
There's two hobos the other one is funny as hell too
I SHOT UP THE WALMART I DID 😂😂😂
Grace Heinz yeah he's warning you about the super scary stuff ahead
Grace Heinz ,,,asleqqauu
I really liked the idea behind this haunt. It blended old and new together really well.
I like this, pretty unique. They got their own thing goin.
It's not pitch black and terrifying, kinda cool to see everything, whoever did lighting knew some stuff.
I'm obsessed with this maze concept; so unique! I'd love to see a full blown haunt to flesh this out even more!
I really like the concept of this maze! And great camera work, thanks for letting everyone live vicariously through your vids! :)
It would be cooler if it were actually a dark ride.
This 'walk through' looks like it was Knott's dark ride from 1995 dinosaur land or something
Clown: Whadda Doing? Camera guy: you look a little lost. Gold!
i love this concept so much, it couldve been scarier or had more of a storyline but it still looks so fun!
Tbh I'm such a little bitch that if I had shot this video none of the footage would be useable
LOL the cam would be on the ground in the first 10 seconds XD
Delaney Beecher right?lol
I wonder why this had to be re-uploaded ...

It’s to represent a old cheesy dark ride
SoCal attrctions 360 I have been going to Knott’s scary farm cents 2014 and dark ride is one of my favorite mazes. I went through dark ride in 2019 there were no scar actors at one point. I like the clown saying, "You look a little lost."

Love the "behind the scenes" aspect of this maze!
Great house! Not the most terrifying thing I've seen, but so well put together. Great video once again 👌🏼
2018 was my first time at Knotts Scary Farm and honestly was super impressed by the mazes
The guy at 1:27 in the chair is my scare actor spirit animal. Not having to be in anyone's face or yell. Just popping up out of the chair once in awhile.

Kristopher Lisowski You basiclly just repeated what I said...

jesters08joker He said what you said but in a better way.
if im not mistaken there is a rehearsal night here no? thats when you need to figure your room and spot out not with paying guests that have to walk by and get stared at..... and before you ask yes i have worked 14 seasons at haunts... 3 being at universal on the streets.
Fantastic! Knotts Berry Farm is actually pretty dang cool. I would take it over Disneyland and it's mind crushing prices and lines! Super cool!
In the room with the harpist, was that a reference to the ballroom scene in Haunted Mansion, with the ominmover track above?
My mind immediately thought so too, though as a Disney nerd that's not surprising :p
It's not intended to, obviously for copyright reasons, but I totally see that and I think it's either a moving skeleton or, If it is a track than its just another part of the "Dark Ride" track
There always tends to be a "sexy clown" girl in haunted houses. Is it just me noticing this?
I don't think I can handle being in that walkthrough.
Pretty awesome! I'm not sure if I'd have more fun going through this or being one of the scarers lol >:D
Chris Disney 👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄
Well, that dude's property is messed up.
Is it not really dark in this maze or is your camera that good 🤔😊?
Actually, I believe it's supposed to be because this attraction is supposed to be an imitation of one of those low quality 80s darkrides.
OK, I didn't realize that 😊. That being said... that camera quality is great! What camera do you use?
I suspect he raised his ISO to let more light into the lens. Has nothing to do with a good camera :-) Altho raising ISO and having less noise because of that means he does have a quality camera and lens.
Indeed. I can raise ISO on my camera, but wit lots of noise :-).
most likely a sony a7s
I'll be at Scary Farm September 21st, all the way from Italy! Haven't done a scaremaze since 2006
Knott’s scary farm is one of my favorite things to do in September and October. I have been going to Knott’s scary farm for 6 years
That is a really fun/clever maze
Love the concept!
I like this maze. Reminds you of an old classic spook ride. I live near Dorney Park. They have a good haunt lineup, but if they ever change one of the mazes or add a new one again, this would be a good one.
What an awesome maze! Man, I wish I was there!
This looks fun! I love it when they write a good story.
Not too scary but I really like it! 😀 💕
Knotts is so uping their Halloween fun this year 👿👍🎃
R rated scooby doo movie set looks cool
I noticed they used Danny Elfman's score to Goosebumps 2015 in the haunt.
Ironic isn't it. Why don't they just make it a PERMANENT DARK RIDE???
This a really good maze. It’s one of my favorite
I got an ad for knots scary farm ticket deals :/
Genuinely freaky and scary!
This looks like a good starter scare maze but still to spooky for me
Imagine actually getting to ride this tho.
That’s a really cool concept for a walk through haunted house also what if that haunted house gets abandoned than it would be abandoned seption
Does every one of their houses have t start with some actor awkwardly telling you to stay out
Wow, what a cool idea for a maze!
my question is.. was it a real dark ride at some point in time and then they changed it into a haunted walk through..?? i'm being serious to btw.. so if some one can tell me that'll be awesome
This maze was never a ride at any point. The building this maze was in could be removed and turned into a 80’s dance floor or any event knotts could use it for.
My daughter would hate these houses. She even afraid of the wax museum, she's afraid the wax works would all of a sudden come alive.
I be pooping my pants or farting.
BEST MAZE EVER!!!!
Thats goosebumps music!
Those clowns were super creepy and I’m terrified of clowns
awesome and very creepy

Started off cheesy, but got better as the walk went on.
Went to Scary Farm this year. I loved the set design but it wasn't as scary as Pumpkin Head or The Depths.
What was the budget for this maze geez
Well over a million, that’s for sure.
How meta!
Next up: howabout an actual Dark Ride themed around a Halloween fright maze? :)
This place looks sooooo coooool
I guess it use to be a ride at one point
TheRealMikey there actually used to be an old dark ride. I forgot the name of it but it was like a time travel ride. It used to be located above the arcade

Knott’s Bear-y Tales, which became Kingdom of the Dinosaurs, which became Voyage to the Iron Reef
Do a walkthrough of the savage house is San Diego
First couple rooms weren't that geat but after that it got pretty damn good! I love knotts so many good memories there.
Was that Tommy Wisaeu at the end?
What’s that music in the background?
I think they should have put a strobe light warning in the title
Ryan Hornbeck you are what we call s special snowflake
Ryan Hornbeck 🐛🐛🐛🐛🐛🐛🐛🐛🐙🐙🐙🐙🐙🐙🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝😊🍴
One of my faves
Damn, I wish the line wasn't so long for this one when I was there
When I went it had no line the last 20-30 minutes of the night. We got to go through Dark Ride and then the log ride right before they closed.
2:34 Godzilla 1998 roars
What a great job
Is that Billy west or tom Kelly voice on the wizard?
Where is this hounted house at
What ride was this
where is Amusement park?
5:32. Captain Salazaar? What RU doing here?
Lol
What was the deal with the monkey? Didn't really fit the whole theme.
matt v it’s supposed to be one of the circus animals that took refuge in he maze along with the carnys
It would be better if they make this maze to Bendy's ink factory.(the scary maze of cores)!
That looks so so fun like I would like to do it you know
Scary cool!!!☻💀🖤🕸🕷

Josh Maher scares might not be great, but the set design, props, costuming, and lighting are all fucking amazing
Abandoned dark ride?????
Is this in canada
DJG2000 its in California at Knotts Berry Farm😝
Buena Park, Ca
There are so many people
I had a friend who punched one of them in the face and got himself banned from Knotts Scary Farm for that year! LOL
Really?,curious as to why he did it?did they do something to provoke him????
Stace Collins the actor touched him when he scared him and my friend just reacted to punch him within seconds, live and learn lol
Bonjour à tous les deux autres personnes qui

lol sorry he's not a bitch and gets scared, running through the whole thing like you probably would have done.
Still #Horrorknights at Universal Studios is better then this place. I would put my $$$$ on this
