Love the coverage! In the elite team competition the 0.3 was correctly applied by the judges at the time of the competition (taking more than 30 seconds after falling to remount) the drama was from USA gymnastics removing the deduction without consulting the judges and without properly reviewing the evidence. A better process needs to be in place for the future in order to avoid this.

Curran was the senior highlight for me, hope he keeps the consistency and brings his difficult VT back.

Love the Podcast, I see that Steven got two international assignments, I like Steven, and he was a World Champion, however, I am wondering if he has a real shot of making the Olympic Team? Also, I hope that you will be doing a podcast discussing Men's Nationals , Men's Olympic Trials , and Men's Olympic Team Predictions.

I felt the same. I love Steven but I just don't see a spot for a single event specialist. How are the spots for event finals at world's chosen since that's all that will happen this year? I have been hoping the realistic shot would be him getting to go to worlds again. I really hope he and Curran gets a chance on some World stage somewhere whether it's the Olympics or worlds.

Since you mentioned that the committee selection minutes were not available yet I was wondering if you were going to mention them in a future podcast. I ended up reading them today and was curious about the gymnasts declining assignments. I understand the ones saying that they're not available due to NCAA season and injury recovery but I didn't understand the ones who received assignments and then declined those assignments. I assume that's a normal thing but was wondering what the reasoning would be. Anyway, I continue to enjoy your coverage - particularly of elite gymnastics.
