You know I have seen comics where bowser interreact with luigi and luigi talks about his anger issues than bowser realize he has issues. I wished it was explored more in the Mario movie, have the villain realized he has issues and have talk with luigi not as a romance between like best friends helping each other, than have be blind again when he sees peach with Mario than have him at end save Luigi from falling. I feel like would have been a awesome concept and feel like in his character and have his anger issues dealing not getting loved enough sure he has a kingdom but has to be scary all the time.
You know I think him caring for his hostage does fit his character because look at peach inside a bedroom while having no guards and bring her hot meals.
