It’s nice and all but you can live 20 minutes from the beach in Vancouver for that cost.
I'm with you on the price being crazy, but you're smoking something if you think anything under $3-4million would get you something similar in Vancouver. Only way you're getting this price would be in a smaller town house or condo.
No windows in the main floor den and bathroom, no waterfall for the kitchen island, not ev ready garage, no basement legal suite
Nice home. Too big for me, but I do appreciate it's layout and furnishing. Everything looks to be top notch. I've heard of a butlers Pantry, but I've never heard of a spice kitchen. So even though I saw it, I'm not so sure why it's there.

My concern about living in Calgary is having medical emergency but the roads are icy and covered with snow.
They make WINTER tires and AWD for that.

You can get into accidents on clear sunny warm days too? What's your point. The fact that it's cold and icy doesn't mean anything and your concern is unwarranted. 1.5m people live this way here.
@@DevistatR I won't get stuck in the snow when... there is no snow! It's more likely to get into an accident or get stuck when you drive in the snow. Do you think it's faster to get to the hospital when it's snow and icy or when there is no snow?

In year 2021, when the Builder announced will build new houses in that Hamptons area; their advertisement is starting from $90K. As for that price right now, it’s totally cazy and it got burnt seriously!! For this, it’s totally not value it Lol. In Hamptons’ surrounding houses all are over 30 years OLD (outdated) built houses, at that time (1993), the Builders were selling about $250K, but now….it’s a terrifying “NUMBER”😳
By all means, you at least MUST have one million (minimum) CASH ON HAND; otherwise, how you could live in a $2M house. If you need pay mortgage living in, it’s a joke😂Lol
Finally, our family picked to build our brand new home in also also a popular NW area as easy to access to C-Train station is our number one choice (just 8 minutes to U of Calgary & 16 minutes to DT Core)
