What an awesome condo! Do you do your own edits or do you have someone edit the clips for you Brad? I feel like you would be so busy it would be hard to do the edits yourself.
For years I did it all myself. I still am involved in the edit of every video - but this past year I trained an awesome young guy who has grown into a great filmmaker as well. He edited most of this one. :) When we have many edits to complete I'll edit one and he'll edit the other. Right now I'm working on editing Million Dollar Tours Episode 6!
@@BradMcCallum Nice! I'm trying to hit the modern homes and million dollar homes here in my market too. But between the clients and the fact that I do all the editing myself it definitely is time consuming
Downtown will be full of condos in 5 years as most of the work downtown has left the city!!!!! Calgary used to be a great place to live, unfortunately not so much anymore 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ lived there for 18 years…looking forward to retiring in Malaysia far cheaper and way better weather…..
There is no way I can ever afford a flat like that and if I would ever be able to spare 1.25M I might have another 30k to get some plugs on the kitchen island, so it may have some use for cooking, move the wine bottles, that need to be chilled considering the bottles I will be able to afford, away from the hot spot fire place and for sure some exquisite glasses closer. The purple wall and the mirror might stay to make sure the guests make their way out, but leave the car, after the feast I could prepare if the kitchen would be of any real use. PS: Nice coffee cooker. A home office place and you kick out the most classic furniture items in the flat? If they are originals (Charles Eaemes Lunge Chair usually with Ottoman) they are 6k each, just the foot rest is missing. Have a seat with and without a small pillow in them to understand what I mean, with a wine for sure. Chilled to recommended temp on the lable (backside....) Scared of hights?
There will be a condo fee as well. Depends on the age of building, unit size/price, how many amenities and parking spaces. They also fluctuate!! Many condo owners are selling and moving to suburbs in houses because condo fees can suddenly have unexpected hikes…like $1500-$3000 extra , and 2 years later another extra fee. Condo fees are extremely volatile. This is a beautiful condo though, and beautiful layout, luxurious size. It’s too bad he didn’t touch on the amenities in the building because those are often the key attractions. Many in Calgary are now including a car wash, pet and bike wash and rooftop lounge/bbq party area.
It's only called 'semi-private' because other people can use the elevator, but nobody else can get off on your floor. This is true for even $50M apartments in NYC - nobody has private elevators in high rises. Second bedroom is in the video, you must have missed it.
Okay - maybe not the one for you, but honestly - this much sq. ft., with those finishes and views was a steal - it's up in value considerably since we've sold it
@ this is not the home for a family of 5! This is a home for an executive professional couple or the ultimate bachelor pad.

@@BradMcCallum according to our culture , whole family like parents and kids live together along with grandparents , so 1.2 million for a couple is a bit expensive right!
@ First off - I LOVE that your culture all lives together like that - grandparents, parents and children - family is very important. For $1.2 Million there are many other styles of home in our city where even the largest of families could all live like kings and queens!
I'm not even looking for a house but your videos are entertaining!
i think ou have a crush on him
If this were Toronto, this condo would be $8M. The Martin Logan floor speakers are $24000.00/pair.
Ok smh
Crazy to think what you can get in Toronto for 1.2m and then to see this place! That's why I'm moving to Calgary. :)
Yay! Welcome to Calgary! Let me know if I can help!
One of the best condos I have seen.
It's incredible. Thanks for checking it out!
You're a very good presenter, thank you for showing me this flat. Calgary looks great!
Thank you for checking it out and commenting!
This condo is worth every penny
I’m going to live in this apartment in 2 years
Very nice condo. That would be like $5 million or more in Toronto! unreal.
Calgary : 1.25 million dollar
Nyc : 60 million dollar for this view
really enjoy watching your videos and especially the properties you share!
Love this apartment 💜 Thanks for the tour! 😊
Advised my buddy to do this on social media. Guess he coulda had something like this if not better. You are 10X my man!!!! 10X!!!!!
Appreciate this Brillian!
OK, you’ve convinced me, I’m subscribing!
Heyyyyy welcome to the channel!
This is so wonderful and it's a good price
This isn't too bad actually! Something like this would be 7million dollars ish in Los angeles, maybe more.
Another great walk through Brad !
Thanks a lot! Always appreciating you checking it out!
thats actually a steal at 1,250,000 not gonna front if i had it i'd be buying it right now
Yeah - this home is pretty amazing in my opinion!
Another great video Brad, well done!!
This was a fun one to make, and a privilege to represent!
I love this kind of video 💙
Thank you! Loved making it
Another great video Brad,
Thank you!
So much Big Money Energy here!
Great book by Ryan Serhant! Bring the energy ALWAYS!
Love your channel!
Thank you so much!
Nice place for sure. I wanted to see how large the "main" bedroom closet is, but it was a nice looking place overall.
It is a very nice condo. Nicely built. How about the typical Calgary condo insulation. Can you hear your neighbour and their barking dogs?
It's mind blowing!
I’m early. Nice apartment
EARLY SQUAD in the house! Thanks for the support! Appreciate it
Lord this is beautiful
Other than that ridiculous way to fill up the tub, it's a beautiful unit.
I’m not gonna lie, it’s a bit much
The Surfside condo was luxury too
No words!
Great vid buddy. 👌
Thank you my friend!
Wow, this is almost like the Rocitizens luxury condo

The interior looks incredible, but calgary is meh, weather is cold and not much to do tbh, if this was in vancouver it would be a dream
Thanks for checking out the video!
Toronto condos are the size of the living room going for 500k 😂
There's room for you here out west!
it looks beautiful! But why is it so cheap? Something wrong with it? Or is the city not popular?
Was this condo 1 and a half bathrooms or two full bathrooms? And what is the average condo price in Calgary?
2.5 bathrooms
@@BradMcCallum Thanks! and average condo price?
Ceilings are kinda low and popcorn? Should have spent a couple of extra bux to smooth that out.
Hey Brad, what camera did you use to film this?
I use a Sony A7Siii
Is this dollar or CAD. Still for sale ?

Scared of hights?
I wonder how much condo fee is this ...
One thing I've always wondered about condo's, is that the full price to own ? Or there is still some rent as well

Condo fees,monthly.
Pays for service and upkeep of the building and property .
is it still for sell?
hey ! are the furnishings included in the price ? I see a lot of guitars in bedroom no. 2 Lol
Hahaha, well almost ANYTHING is negotiable in real estate.
It's final price or some neogetiables possible
Negotiation is a part of real estate!
I hope the elevator doesn’t break.....I’m hoping theirs stairs
I just followed you!! 😊😊😊
Is this place one block away from the center of Canada
Available?
Sold. :)
Maintainence fee??
The condominium fees are $1624.00 per month
How much to rent something like this per month?
I’d think $3500-4000
Hello, nice apartment..
Still available???
Is this unit still available Brad?
Are your prices in CAD or USD?
These are in Canadian funds
hows the condo fee?
What's all that white stuff on the ground?
It’s a phenomenon that occurs when precipitation freezes while falling to earth.
@@BradMcCallum indeed. I'm glad it's localized phenomenon. 😝
Your presentation is impressive. The condo - not so much.
Is it still available ?
I just sold this one a week ago
@@BradMcCallum Is there any similar listing ?
Nice one ! but 1.25m…… forget it
Haha well we did sell it. It was pretty special!
Nice apartment (space).
Absolutely tasteless interior.
Why would anyone pay that much for a condo.?
Location, building, finishes, views, size...
Um, sorry, semi private elevator that opens in my living room, of my million dollar apartment??? And where was that second bedroom?? Smh

No use for amenities when everything is closed
I thought Calgary was supposed to have restrictions lifted soon?
@@mikedevyatov3213 not for condos
Meanwhile, in Toronto, for that price you get a human chicken coop and a pitiful thing masquerading as a kitchen…..
Close to everything?!?! Downtown Calgary is a dull, boring ghost town! Who the hell wants to live and pay to be near mediocrity?!
Cool cool, thx for sharing.
Not for that price. Absolutely not

2 bedrooms ?? Really for 1.2 million 😂😂
Quantity of bedrooms is a poor estimation of value. Lamborghini... only 2 seats?!?
