Thank you for this. I made it tonight. It's so delicious and simple. My new favourite dish.🥰
Glad you liked it!! Thanks for sharing 😘😘😘
Love this cooking programme..so straight forward not like others talking more than cooking.
We eat this a lot at my house. I just started a new job, so dinner has been hard lately. I made a bunch of pork gravy like this and poured it into ice trays so we can heat up a little at a time, and it makes dinner so easy! All you have to do is steam eggs and blanch some vegetables. You can make rice too, if you're feeling hungry.
That is awesome! Good choice, Hailey!
Since young, I have loved this dish; very nutritious and non-oily! A firm favourite with people recovering from illnesses, young children and senior citizens.
😉😉😉 You're very right!
I have to make it very soon,so sinple but looks sooo delicious..Always Thanks to one of best Chef in the You Tube world❤️🇨🇦

It is actually a very common Chinese home-cook dish. Not usually found in restaurants. But in Singapore, this is a pretty common dish sold in casual dining food stalls - specifically mixed rice stall which sells a variety of home-cooked styled dishes that one can choose from, accompanied by carbs of either rice or rice porridge and sometimes noodles.

❤❤❤
Hi. Is the dark soy sauce is sweet or salty one? Cos I see the consistency is thick
I make the same thing but instead of steam egg I make an omelette then put the mince a long with mushrooms and onions in it.
❤
If I use a steamer, how long should I steam it?
Hi, can you try make spring chicken ( in hawker centre / foodcourt)? Thank you!
Yes we try soon. Thanks so much for requesting!
For how long should the eggs be steamed?
can also substitute silken tofu instead of egg.
👍💜👍💜
Thanks so much, Duncan!
why do u dry the pork first before the garlic? and not garlic > pork?
Because he dont want burnt garlic taste
Usually if you don't have a big flame, the meat won't cook fast enough which will result in the garlic burning.
😂
Good morning Chef! 👨🍳
Good morning Sonia! Sorry we couldn't reply 3 week ago because we went on a vacation :)
