Disagree with shanky on the golgappas, for me personally east India makes the best panipuri, Eastern up, Bihar and bengal, with their mixture of Chana and aloo with imli ki pani instead of pudine ki pani. Thanks man, Mark Weins runs an amazing show. He usualy shoots with 1 cam and a duirection mic. Basically his show is a vlog. Ours is a full on TV show witha crew of about 12-15 people and a 3 cam minimum setup. So we cant shoot as often as him. What it costs us to shoot 1 episode, will get himn about 15 to 20 episodes.
That UPSC Chaat wala is way overrated from what I remember…you get better chaat anywhere in north Delhi let alone old Delhi even from ordinary thelewalas…you guys researched and still went there for chaat…am I missing something….
