If clean shaven and with western attire, you 'd have a hard time telling certain Afghans and northern Pakistanis from Caucasians. Not everyone has an obvious "asian" look, and they look quite distinct from Arabs in either case

Interesting seeing all these comments about unwashed hands and sanitation, but that is how it is in quite a few places, even in first world countries as well out in the country. Do the people live as long? Probably not but on they go in life.
