I'm a bihari kebab fan boy😢, but sadly it's famous everywhere outside India except India and specially Bihar. There's this 100 year old place in Patna, Bihar called Mahngu, they are still serving it but sadly not a lot of people specially the newer generation know of it.

Bhai Moradabad has the extremely popular "Alam ki Biryani" near the railway station and that's why Moradabadi biryani is popular, not because of the degh. A lot of people selling Moradabadi Biryani in Delhi also call themselves Alam ki Biryani.
The name as Sadaf suggested might pre date what you ate saying.

Pulao wala is not bad for bihari kabab, but there is another guy just 100 meters ahead next to the masjid. That man goes by the name of Tanveer. His kababz are way better. Trust me.

Pulaaowala is sach me MUST-VISIT. Har kisi ka to nahi pta but pulaao-gosht-maaquti ka combination and specially smell literally felt nostalgic, jab bachpan me ham shaadiyaat me jaya krte the to same yahi khushbu hua krti thi, ab to khair kaafi cheezen badal gayi hain including menus of shadi, also matlab wo khushbu jo chaawal me se agle waqton me aaya karti thi specially basmati wo literally bht rare ho chuki hai, ya shayad hme available nhi hai or may be insaan aasaani-pasand hojata h jo mil gaya kha lia. I don't have much idea but i think they are the 1st restaurant to serve this PULAAO-GOSHT(or atleast bihari version of it)

Lot of Muslims migrated from Bihar to Pakistan first it was the partition and then the 1971 war, that's why food that you mentioned in this video is famous in Karachi.

I strongly recommend u guys to come to Lucknow and try out the Awadhi cuisine, its way better than the overrated Mughlai stuff that u get in Old Delhi and Zakir Nagar.

Sadaf Bhai moradabad mein biryani bot saalo se ban rahi hai. Mujhe nahi lagta uski wajah sirf bartan hai. (Haan technically it's pulao but moradabad ke log nahi maanenge). Mere gharwale bhi nahi maante

@@TheBigForkers I am from Rampur the story he told you about Habshi halwa is totally different Nawab Rampur has sent his hakeem to habash an African nation where people were very tall and have good build to find out the reason and from there hakeem ji brought halwa to Rampur . Moradabad is a city near to Rampur and its biryani is basically rampuri which was taken to Moradabad by nomads of Rampur who have gone there in search of job.
Rampur you are correct about, infact we know the Rampur royals and their Khansamas. The Habshi halva, what you are saying is the likely truth. Thanks for sharing.
@@TheBigForkers ask Moradabadi biryani vendors from where they are ? 99% they will be from Rampur, Moradabad is a big city and from there only it got popular there is a famous place in Moradabad named Aalam ki biryani from there this biryani got popular and now it’s all over the nation. Only point I agree in your video is Aleem k Galawati kabab is better than tunday 😀 I have also eaten both and the best one according to my taste buds is Aleem from Zakir nagar .
