I have three naps:
1. 5 minutes, I wake up worse than I started
2. 15 minutes. Beautiful!
3. An hour, the world assumed my death. It is finished.
It's that 12 minute nap that really just fixes everything.
Literally every nap for me:
1. By sleepy
2. Nap
3. Wake Up
4. Realize I napped through my friends funeral

The Book "Why we sleep" states that naps are supposed to be short, and you SHOULD feel refreshed after a proper nap. Yet I'm always groggy and in dizzy when I wake up lol
