My husband gifted me Jasmin Noir - the 2008 release - not the Splendida, and it had great longevity. It was my signature scent for years. I wasn’t into perfume at all at the time, so I’m pretty surprised I loved it so much. We moved around a lot and it was poorly stored, so went bad, unfortunately. In retrospect I should have still kept the bottle. Definitely regret that.
@@thehonestperfumereviewer6336 So when I picked Jasmin Noir I meant the older formula, I used it in 2010ish? It didn't have longevity issues. I haven't smelled Splendida yet - sorry I cheated 😅
Hi Kicki. I watched this video. The only one I've tried from the ones you mentioned is Molinard "Figue". I own a bottle of it, but I've only worn it once or twice. I recall that I can like it, but I found it to be too weak. I need to find my bottle of it and at least wear it when I'm in bed. Recently, I added some good fragrances to my collection, and they are: Milano Fragranze "Derby", Amouage "Interlude Woman", and a back up bottle of Guerlain "Bois Mysterieux" and Prada "Luna Rossa Carbon". I appreciate your fragrance reviews.
Hi Kicki! Happy New Year! When I visited my son in Tallinn, Estonia over Christmas we went to the most fabulous niche fragrance store called Creme de la Creme. I'm not sure if they have stores in Stockholm but I was wowed by the selection. I held off buying a bottle because I couldn't decide and prices were identical to US. It was the most fantastic trip and I flew through Helsinki which is another city I'd love to visit. Stockholm is definitely on my bucket list too. I really fell in love with Tallinn and want to go back soon! xx Kim
I have been to Tallinn but it was back in 1994. Back then, it was really hard just to find decent food. We went to the fanciest fish restaurant in town and were served broth with potato. No fish. It was an experience! I was with my grandmother. We actually took the boat Estonia that sunk a few years later and hundreds of people lost their lives.
Oh my that was such a tragedy and I imagine it was a very different place in the 90s for sure. My daughter flew over to join us and she and I stayed in Old Town which was just magical with the Christmas Markets and the food scene has definitely improved! I was just blown away by what a vibrant, beautiful place it was. It really made me want to visit Sweden and Finland next!@@thehonestperfumereviewer6336
I am Estonian living in Stockholm and I visit Crème de la Crème every time I visit Estonia. About two times per year. I always try to have separate budget just for this store. 💸💸💸 Last year I discovered that they have opened another store called “Lõhnatuba” (Room of fragrance) in the same mall, the same floor. It has also really broad range of different niche perfumers. I do recommend it warmly next time you visit Estonia!
I'm catching up on your vids! Just started watching. I enjoy white aoud. Its kind of ethereal to me and lasts forever. Omg I bought equistrius! I found it beautiful. I have a travel of neroli outrenoir and because its so little I never wear it!must just use it! And adore my cuirs velours! So fab to hear your thought on all these. Xxxx
Hiya! I agree so much with you that perfumes have to stir emotions within us! It is inly recently that I have discovered this! If something is just pretty then I am likely to pass it on. I haven’t tried many from the ones you have mentioned but ones that I am loving from my own sample/decant collection are Pacifica ‘French Lilac’-a simple but beautiful lilac, Maya Njie ‘Les Fleurs’-a green floral so addictive! and also from the same indie house (Maya Njie) ‘Vanillj’-which is a spiced cardamom vanilla. Anyway great video! Thanks again xxxxxxxx
@@rebeccatargett9785 Thank you! I think my friend has some Maya Nije-fragrances. Having a perfume meetup on the 14th. Will ask people to bring what they have.
Journey is a good one! I bought a bottle last year from a discounter and love it. I got a larger sample of Oriza L. Legrand Reve d'Ossian to see if that made the difference in longevity and projection and it definitely does. When will I learn 2ml samples are dumb. I am really enjoying this one. I admit, I am not familiar with a lot of incense notes and this is frankincense heavy to me, and I love it. oxJulia
Happy New Year, Kicki. Great video as always. As you mentioned , Amouage Journey has the most stunning bottle and smells very exotic. I was wearing it one time going to the grocery store and one Arabian couple kept following me. I took it as a compliment.
Agree! It is an interesting fragrance with many layers according to my nose. I don't usually like osmanthus but it works in Journey Woman. So happy to have it in my collection.
Så intressant med dofter och olika smak. Var jätteförtjust i Flashback när provade i butik, köpte spontant. Nu är den en av de värsta dofter jag vet - står inte ut med den🙂.
Cuir de Lancôme, Neroli Outrenoir and Jasmin Noir 💜these are my favorites
Thank you for sharing. What do you think of the performance of Jasmin Noir?

I love Bouquet Encore too, I have the cute 15ml bottle. It has a little sexy edge with the timut pepper and I like to wear it to go out
I think it will grow on me! Right now I am wearing Ciel and just fell in love with it!

Oj! Så pass.
I fell of chair when i see musk therapy
Do you like it or not like it?
I really wanted to like the aqua universalis and all the others because I like light perfumes, but there is something they use that nauseate me
Exactly! So happy that someone knows what I mean.
