Thank you for sharing this! It's something I really struggle with. Any time I do a transfer from the floor to my chair I tend to do it barefoot which I can see you are doing here and I often end up with cuts to my feet due to having no feeling in my feet. Do you have any sensation in your feet and how do you prevent cuts to your feet when you're doing this in bare feet?

Thx for this technique tip, i have tried for years with standard butt on floor and pressing with your arms technique. But with this it worked 😀
