Hi. Many thanks for your advice regarding whether to install a bath, or wet room with shower only. I have another question. I see you have chosen to use a wheeled shower chair when using the toilet. Is this preferable to using a 'comfort-height' toilet, which I understand is a couple of inches higher than a standard toilet?

Hi Craig, I am also a T4 para and my partner helps me onto a similiar comode with a slide board and with clothes removal. How do you get the pants off? Would like to try solo.

Yes we are based in the UK. I struggle a bit when it's too hot or too cold. I like a very mild temperature range, about 10-25 °C 😂

What kind of shower chair do you have? I need one like that.

It's an Invacare commode, it was supplied by our local occupational therapist (UK) 😀

I had a similar chair. I told them to take it away as it was a death trap as if I fell forward the chair would fall forward too 😂 Now I have one without wheels and a raised toilet seat as I can stand but it difficult!

Haha I've been there too, I have to be careful not too lean too far forward. You could say I 💩 myself when it tips forwards 😂 I much prefer the self propelling one but annoyingly it doesn't fit on a lot of toilets
