AutoPeel Shrimp Peeling Production Line
The system is composed of a series of machines with unique performances, used for batch processing of head-on (off) shrimps. Its end product is peeled shrimp, after the whole process of Pre-cleaning, head-off, peeling, separating, fine-cleaning, back-splitting, deveining, inspection and etc.
Compared with Traditional Manual Peeling:
Faster: Peeling speed is about 30 times than manual peeling, ensuring high efficiency.
Lower: Reduce labor cost. Smaller footprint for shrimp peeler, which reduces workshop construction budget and running cost.
Safer: Less contact between operation and products, shorten processing time while ensuring freshness and food safety.Smarter: Smart production plan. Start suitable quantities of peelers according to productivity requirement. Less problems with labor source during season and off-season
Main technical performance:
Improves production efficiency, saves labor and reduces cost , and suitable for batch processing of shrimp peeling;
Modern and compact design with rational construction. Smallest floor place usage, but largest production capacity;
Stainless steel parts meet HACCP hygiene requirement. Automatic machinery ensures low contamination;
The machinery is of high degree of automation. Open-structured design ensures easy cleaning, operation and maintenance. Best choice for modern, large and medium-scaled shrimp processing enterprises. - Наука та технологія
Today I spent 15minutes to peel the shells of 30 shrimps and wonder how the machine works.😂
Same 😂😂
I'm still confused as to how are they de-veined like they're sold in grocery stores. Thirty years ago my mom, just a block off the gulf in Treasure Island, would have a jar of local gulf shrimp she cooked in Old Bay seasoning ready for me. Today's shrimp are nothing like it.
She de-veined them so ready to eat.
It seems shrimp here in SE Alabama are also de-veined. I asked the fish guy at Publix and he said he doesn't know how that's done (obviously that happens before him).
it's amazing how it peels the shell - it applies pressure in a twisting motion, just like a human would do.
Thank you, Great explaination.
Which seconds?

How many square meters does a minimal setup require?
This system is highly customizable. The minimal space is about 30-40m2 for just one unit peeler.
Just wondering if there are still shrimp shells left behind after the whole proces. Or are they all perfectly cleaned ?
Hello, The final product is clean shrimp meat without any shell
That Good,

To think I spent 25 years on a line working minimum wage peeling these one by one. Oh well, guess we can't all be doctors or architects.

Please send email to info@ptmcn.com
How much space it occupies and it's costing in indian rupee
I'd rather buy equipment like this from a non chinese company that doesnt need to publish sensational videos showing how the rest of the world processed shrimp in the 1950s. Showing off the Japanese made HMI is not good for your face.
here is the machine you are looking for ua-cam.com/video/4by8XhRi47k/v-deo.html is made in china; dont invent one, buy one or two, or just a lot of these machines.
