What this video doesn't tell you is the reason there is Soybean oil, or palm oil, or vegetable oil in peanut butter when it has lots of it's own oil. In North America the manufacturers extract the peanut oil and replace it with whatever oil is the cheapest on the commodity markets the week that they are manufacturing, and turn around and ship the higher priced peanut oil to countries in Southeast Asia like Malaysia where it is the primary cooking oil. The same ships that deliver the peanut oil then load up with cheaper unhealthy palm oil to bring to North America to pollute our foods.

I’m devastated to learn that China is the leader in peanut farming, they have horrendous food practices, a lot of the food they sell even to their own citizens isn’t even real. It might be best to make my own peanut butter in small batches, especially after reading a top comment that explains why other oils are mixed in, as the peanut oil is worth more sold to other countries, and the bad oil like soybean or palm oil is replaced.

I like how fast and efficiently that machines peels those lemons, oranges, and kiwis. I think though that apples, however shouldn't be peeled, the apple peel is where most of its nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants are. Throwing away apple peels is throwing away healthy vitamins and fiber. The skin of apples truly do have health repairing antioxidants, they'll help you feel better, get over illnesses faster, and even add time to your life. Apple peels are beneficial medicine. I'll eat all of the peel off the apple and leave some of the inner pulp long before I'll ever peel the apple, throw away the peel, and just eat the pulp (I take bites all around the apple, I eat all the skin and some of the pulp but I don't always eat it completely down to the core). The apples I eat most often are pink ladies, honey crisps, and red delicious
