Please review Lentor mansion. With so many condos coming out at that area, can still proceed with the 3 year sell after TOP strategy for investment? Since many TOP around same year.
There are only a handful of good projects and tons of bad ones. Focus on good condos and you will be fine 👍

We have budget 1.5mil and buying for own stay currently but hope to have some capital appreciation. You are right on limited choices in the west, so what’s your take on Le Quest or The Jade?

Lentor is in Ang Mo Kio and centralised location if you look at the map of Singapore. You don’t even know your work . My question is , how to rely on your comments and views ?
