Example new semi D FH landed 3220 sqft 2 storey with attic and lift now selling at $9.79m. So for anyone with a budget of $5 to $6m now is the time to go for inter terrace, missed this chance there will not be another.

There’s lots of choices for investment other than this. Price is lower, psf is lower and higher certainty of cap gains 👍
