Thanks for sharing this! For me, it varies, i would normally pop on some music and going for a walk, go gym, watching someing light hearted or cook. Giving snacks or food to others another way to feel good😂
Awww that's such amazing advice and I agree that helping someone else always makes us feel better - it's a win win! 🫶😊 I find another thing that help when having a low mood is either taking a nap (if we're tired) or going out for a walk (ideally in a quieter setting rather than a big city with lots of traffic/tons of pedestrians etc).
