Short, direct, and highlighting only the most useful of the features. Fantastic job.I love the end when you compared the value one will get compared with Wireless Go 2. I'm tempted to buy the Wireless Go 2 as it's cheaper but you've pointed out otherwise with compelling points. Glad to see you're doing well ZY. I attended your live event way back with Sony last time in Malaysia.
Great review! Thank you for all your work. I literally just bought the wireless go 2 on prime day… So I'm thinking I'm gonna return them and get the pros because I was already tempted of buying the charging case but if I can get all that stuff included for $100 that is worth the value. The thing that sucks is I had to buy an extra cord connected to my iPhone 14 pro max because I don't have the new USB-C adapter plug in yet I still have the lightning port.
This presentation is good to understand. My channel using Wireless GO II attached to iPad Pro M2. Still learning about audio matter but the newest is the better one in your video. Thanks for the informations. 🎉
Hi Cheng, Good review for Rode wirelss pro, i have an question, do the wireless system supports Line in signal on Mic port from audio mixer or any line out source, will it get the signal or will it clip, will it have the advantage of 32 bit float?
Thank you sir. But as this is not UHF frequency will it not be affected by other signal interference, if used as a wireless mic to address from a pulpit by paters etc.? Will the mobile signals in the speakers and others pocket near the stage effect?
I would like to monitor audio (via 3.5mm) from the rode ánd record 3.5mm to my camera. Is it possible to use a usb-c to 3.5mm adapter for an extra analogue output? Or is there any other way?
I just don’t understand why everyone gets so excited about big clunky mics like the Rode wireless pro. I’m sure it sounds good just like the other road mics have, but I think I’ll just stick with my Picomic II. It is so small and does a great job, and it has a connector to attach lav PicoMic. Now that would be an absolute winner! I challenge Rode to do something similar to the
JANUARY 2024 - - just to clarify - there are 100's of influencers out there reviewing their FREE ones sent by Rode - us PAYING CUSTOMERS - will need to WAIT until JANUARY 2024 to get one - all the reviews out there - and THAT is conveniently left out. RODE needs to be better with PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Can you transmit to the receiver and record inside the transmitters at the same time as a backup?
Fantastic job reviewing these. Cannot believe how polished and complete your videos are, just fantastic!

I was able to get the TX fuzzies and the RX cable in the charging case with a little finagling. I do agree with you on the case.
Finagling - the solution to so many of life's problems. 😀
@@WobbleMatic 😂🤣😂
@@WobbleMatic yes I too solve my problems through finagling at times 😆
It was said that the lav mic with the capsule facing towards the body sounds better than with it facing away from the body. Can you verify that Cheng?
why we can't change individual rode Wireless Microphone go pro recorder level?

this looks great. I need to try it.
I wonder if it is possible to connect Rode to Atem Mini?
Is it just me or do the DJI Mic 2s sound much much worse than the Rode Wireless Pros?
Fantastic review!
If I had a Sony, would you recommend this or ecm w3?
Does the rode work with iPad Pro ? As in able to download the recoded clips?
Waiting for the DJI Mic 2 combo
Very good segment. The case complaint was comical. lol
Any chance of review on lightdome v3
thank you so much

It doesn’t seem so. Been asking Rode support about it.
Anyone else having issues with pro and instagram live?
Is it better than the new sony mic ?
yes, the sony mic doesnt have internal recording at all. Always have redundancy when recording anything
What microphone are you using to record audio in this review, please?
Rode pro with lavalier
thanks

Will it work with an iphone? Im having a hard time getting my off brand mics work ever since ios 17.0.3
you have to buy extra cable to attach the receiver to version iPhone you used.
@@ALLVINTAROTthe apple cable is included
Bulky and heavy. You clip it on and your shirt goes down to your waist.
That's it is better to use lavalier mic which can hide the mic too
😂
😂 You’re supposed to use the Lavs !

I ordered them recently on sweetwater and they say shipping as soon as this coming week. We shall see.

I purchased mine and have them
I just received mine from Rode, December 1.
The industrial design of the Rode mic is by far the worst.
They should have just copied DJI’s (aka Apple’s) design.
