Bit odd and I hope u reply, but whenever i do a large amount of sets per exercise i need like 2-3 days to recover for just that muscle. so i just did this workout and my next session is push but I'm going to need a few more days to rest instead of just 1 rest day because i still have muscular soreness on my triceps. does this happen with you?
Means you overworking your muscles and not getting enough sleep, protein, and/or water. But there’s nothing wrong with needing 2-3 days it’s probably best in the long run tbh
You should finish triceps and then go onto biceps, missing out on some gains by switching from triceps to biceps to triceps to biceps… Dr.Mike talked about it
