The best thing was to keep this guy anonymous and bcz of that he was able to openly share about all the side gigs, hustles, freelancing, ups and downs of life. It felt like I am talking to a close friend and gave me ideas about what all is possible (if you put efforts) Really inspirational

Man he has a clarity in life. which people don't talk much about as I was too a confused person , questions like where I come from, why am I even living this human life, what's the purpose, complete darkness till I found that spark.
This mindset is all we need.. and the fact that he had the similar kind of mindset even i the college days, which is highly rare, because people usually develope their mindset on their way through the years of ups and downs..
When he was working as a freelancer he didn't like someone taking 50k as commission for his work, but later when he started taking commission of 50k, he was helping(Bhala) the Junior developer. Nice!!!
A very different and on point podcast. Really an inspiring one how he struggled, hustled and got to a position where he doesn't cares about the MAANG jobs which is dream of lots of us..

One thing I would like to point out from this video is that yes you can break the bond if you want to. Government of India does not officially recognize bonds. Even if you walk away without paying the bond amount and in the worst-case scenario the company does end up taking you to the court (which rarely happens), they will have to justify how much they have spent on your training, growth, certification etc. Unless they do that, they cannot take a penny from you. But in the case where they have spent money on your training then you might have to pay that much amount back to them. But never the full absurd amount these companies ask form you. They will have to justify each and every penny they have spent on you in the court to demand it back. But one catch is that you will not get your experience letter if you leave the company without paying the bond. Labour law adviser has a really good video on this topic. I suggest everyone go and watch that. I am not a lawyer but someone who actually broke a bond so I know about these things
