The most important thing in today's world is not idea or lack of opportunity or lack of secrets , it's the availability of proper playing field that is lacking . By playing field I mean , the time when you are not bound to act in a certain way ( fixed way ) or free time or the time that you are free from responsibilities , the time can vary from 2 to 3 years , in that time period , Maths will help you , maths ie PROBABILITY , when you take multiple small bets and get rich when one of them hits . May god help you all to find your playing field , some make it early because their parents are in good position to let their child run free in the wild for 2 to 3 years , mainly in college , but that can be anytime in the life . That's my understanding . Hope this helps .

ie.
In a month working days 22 and average 22.5 (22.5 Days X 12 Month = 270)
In a year average 30 days holidays for that they do not pay to Remote Develope, if you have working from there you will get ST and STW (if you want, i can explain this if you want , because i know this very well, the reason is im providing support and service in US and Canada, i can prove my proof)
270 Day - 30 Holidays = 240 Working Days
240 Days X 8 Hrs = 1,920 Hr/Y
Rs 40,000,000 / 1,920 Hr = Rs 20,833/Hr

They hire remote developer because of low cost, they get Good developer @ $100/hr in local
