I know this is a year old, but I am so glad to see you using the 440. I just bought one.
@RetroWolf934 I had one burn out but they replaced it. Other then that they crank.
Always love these updates.
Keep 'em coming!!
Nice cactus factory
Just found this channel, it's so helpful. Please keep the good work coming! Many thanks!

This is very cool. And interesting. Thank you ❤️
That’s an awesome set up
Man's playing Minecraft in irl
Love the video! Do you open air germinate or start them off in humidity domes? If the former, how often and how much do you water? I would also love to know how often you water/feed them when they're at the size they are in the video? I have batch at a similar size currently,, under a Lumatek 600W and a Spider Farmer G4500 and they dry out really fast.
Hey buddy! I watched this and purchased the ROI-E200 (veg). I’m wondering if you can grow full sized plants (3-5 feet) under these as well. I have 4 mature plants in a 2x4 tent using those lights along with 10-15 seedlings
Hell yes brother
If you have to choose between grow or bloom light what will you choose ?
Do you spray anti-rot chemical?
And i think water n light is a combo, so if you underlit, you suppose to underwater as well?- what your thought on that?
Noice
What variety of cacti are they? Where are you located? I’m growing some for fun in Washington state now.
Thank you for the video. I currently have 12 trico’s in 6” 1/2 gallon pots in a 2x2’x55” tent under a 240 watt 4 bar led I average between 1000 and 1200 PPFD . I feed organically and I’m blown away by my rate of growth so far. They have gone from 5-6” seedlings to 10-13” plants they are getting nice and fat as well. 😀 my question is will I be able to grow these plants in this set up until my plants fill the tent…36-40”s or so?
Yes you can grow year round indoors for sure. Just crank those lights.
Very cool! What's going on here, are these ornamental cactus for selling or what? probably overthinking this but are the clovers just weeds or to fix nitrogen haha.
Yes ornamental, collectable. These are all genetics from New Zealand. They clovers are sorrel and just a weed. Not such a big deal on the larger cactus but they do shade these babies a bit so I've been slowly working on weeding them out.
Hey just found your channel and have a couple questions. I'd like to start 2 or 3 SP by seed but I'm in a cold rainy climate and would be growing them in the corner of my small apartment. What's the most basic lighting type set up I can use and how long does it take from seed to full grown 🌵, big enough to take cuttings off of?
You can use fluorescent tubes to get them started or LED shop lights or grow lights. They won't need much light until 6-9 months old.
@@MyersMushroomsFarms right on those are fairly cheap, but after 9 or so months do you recommend a certain bulb for just a few pots
do u sell these cacti individually?
How many hrs of darkness do you give them
They if your trying to keep them going 8-12 hours of dark. If they are dormant cold and dry little to none.
Can the seeds be purchased or only seedlings?
I sowed all the seeds. I have all these still, they are ranging from 4-14" depending on if I up potted. A majority are still in their trays as seen here but I'll sell those as bundles pretty soon.
Do you have a store for 'quality' cactus cuts?
Yes search cacti on our website there is a listing. Sort of hidden since it's not our primary market
I added a direct link in the description.
@@MyersMushroomsFarms thank you!!!!!
What is the best brand of lighting and trays for a meager starting budget?
Viparspectra and some heavy-duty 1020 trays
Are you still growing cacti?
Yes I am.
