Doctors just keep telling me that it's all in my head. Male doctors of course. With labs having a "slightly" low level to thyroid... they'll say... that wouldn't cause the symptoms you're having. I just want to scream...ARE YOU IN MY BODY TO KNOW WHAT I'M FEELING AND GOING THROUGH!!!??? 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Sorry Dr. Melissa...😔😔😔😔😔😔
Ohh i know how you feel. They have no clue.
Also women doctors can be this way. Overall most doctors make people feel helpless and are lazy to dig in deep.
My doctor yelled at me when I questioned what she was telling me
Only you know how you're feeling. Keep a note on paper as over several months you will see a pattern that cannot be denied. Research and practice what you are going to say as it will help to keep you calm. Also have a come back ready against the negative comments the dr might say when presenting the evidence. Hope you get the treatment you need.
I went through the same thing for 7 years!! I finally found a dr who would listen and he said was was Estrogen dominant and had a thyroid condition even though other Drs said it was normal Range. He put me in progesterone, testosterone, Vitamin D and 2 other meds. I have lost 15 pounds In one month and I feel amazing

DIM works for this and doesn't cost $100's
You have to be careful with DIM. It can cause unwanted side effects.
My estrogen was 63 in the bloodwork. The rest falls in the range of Menopause. I am suffering with bad anxiety.
Thanks for watching Lauren. It can often be common for women of all ages especially 30-40s to have an
Estrogen reading of menopausal levels. Sometimes too early. Imbalances should be addressed quickly.
Check your potassium levels, too low levels can cause anxiety...

My estradiol is 227 is this high or low? I'm 50 and in Perimenopause. I do use bio identical Progesterone for 13 years. I still have my period each month. Regular periods may come early on occasion. My Pregnenolone is 9 extremely low. My total Testosterone is 17 low. I started today, on Pregnenolone Sustained release 30mg. I do wake up in the night sometimes.
I do have PCOS
My cyst are gone because of the Progesterone cream.

These are all they relate to me. I’m 37 and was thrown on Levothyroxine with no explanation and my Endocrinologist won’t check any thing but basic level tests. I know something is off. Thank you for you help. I’m chasing after my wellness...it’s time and who will if not me. Thank you so much Dr. ♥️

Hello! I have all of these symptoms, but I am only 22 years old. It’s been incredibly frustrating when doctors tell me “I’m doing just fine” because of my age. I need help!
If you are hypothyroid, you can easily become estrogen dominant. That is what happened to me. The thyroid hormones and estrogen both bind to the same receptor sites and compete with eachother. When your thyroid is low, more estrogen is binding. So you end up estrogen dominant.
@@daisybarrera2931 me too! I’m 22 as well. I have all the Symptoms and only get me period like 3-4x a year.
Low libido, hair lose, constipation, ovarian cyst.
Wow....hormone test is expensive!!! Does it come with hormones....😅😂🤣
This is very helpful, thank you very much. My gf has been experiencing many of these symptoms for over two years now, and it's great to have a place to really focus on her health. She just got some tests back revealing her high estrogen, and she is wrecked because of the threats to her fertility. It's tough as a guy to understand without being told, so this video helps me a ton!
Hello Gonzo, thank you so much for engaging this post
I have 21 out of 30 symptoms. DIM Supplements helped me with my estrogen dominance.
Did the DIM give you headaches daily?
How long did it take for the DIM to help?? I just started it.
Hat is DIM supplemments?
I have 20 of the 30 symptoms you have listed. My OBGYN called me today and said ALL my tests were normal, including an ultrasound because I have lots of pain in ovaries. I'm so frustrated because they don't tell you anything and make you think it's all in your head. Also, having problems getting the estrogen download; not receiving it. Thank you for all your help!!!
@Dafni Hi, did DIM end up helping you?
I'm in Menopause. And I'm very emotional I cry easy and I get mad quickly and I'm waking up at 2AM. I appreciate your advice!
Nobody answered your question yet!
When I first got menopause I took apple cider vinegar twice a day. A capful in a cup of water helped a lot
You're welcome!
You are estrogen dominant. If I were you, I'd get off any estrogen creams, replace with DIM and take 50 mg progesterone 3-4 times a day. Take more if you need it. Avoid any estrogenic foods.
I just wanted to tell you how much I love all of your videos and your channel. This video hit the nail on the head for me as I deal with estrogen dominance, I am hypothyroid, i have PCOS, I have a leaky gut, low progesterone, HPV, ovarian cysts , basically everything that you were discussing in this video applies to me. I realized I had to turn to homeopathic doctors or alternative doctors to get the help that I need throughout the years, as Western medicine in my opinion has no idea what they’re doing for the most part. Especially when it comes to hormonal issues. Thank you so much for all of your videos you’re my favorite favorite favorite, by far Doctor to watch h and seek advice and guidance… I’ve done so much research of my own in the past 20 years to figure out my health ailments, and everything I’ve read and know exactly what you talk about and discuss, and you were just so much more thorough than any other videos I’ve ever watched and I’ve watched a lot! Once again… THANK YOU for all you do ❤️
Did homeopathy work for you? It worked for me many times in the past.Dr. Reckeweg R-10 worked couple of times but later it didn't. HRT creams didn't work. Started a new homeopathic treatment two days ago. I also started DIM and Pregnanelone Hot flashes, night sweats, moodiness, weight gain is awful.
@@pnp3894 it did one time in the past… but not so much right now… I also take DIM… I am under a tremendous amount of stress right now in every aspect of my life, so I’m pretty sure that’s the issue until I can call my stress down my body is just not going to heal unfortunately

Would you consider doing a video on LOW estrogen. It effects many women, especially who diet for so long...and who follow a VEGAN diet (devoid of fat and cholesterol, which is need for sex hormone production) I find hardly NO ONE talks about low estrogen and it is still a problem for women...even women who are NOT yet in menopause...younger women...in their thirties with low E because of chronic dieting, undereating, stress...bad diet (read: vegan)...Anyways...thanks and thanks for the work you do.
Just curious, I've heard that waking at 1-3am can be from blood sugar imbalance or cortisol spike? Do you know which is more prevalent in the research? Thanks!
I'm 40. Will be 41 in March. I have been dealing with heavy periods for at least 4 years....to the point my iron went below normal levels and had to be put on iron. Had various tests and procedures done. Also dealing with several of these other symptoms mentioned.
Hi Cecil! Thanks for watching. Yes heavy periods and fibrotic uterine changes are typical with excess of estrogen. If you want me to look at your tests I am more than happy to do so via an appointment. So often ob/gyns are not targeting the estrogen:progesterone ratio
My symptoms started when I was 40yrs old and have just grown to 15 of those now. My doctors always said im to young so I researched into Natural Healing
Even teens experience these symptoms. Know your hormones are always fluctuating which allows you to take action to create balance.
I sadly I have most of them, but I’ve been told several times I’m estrogen dominant.
awww yes this is super common - but you don't have to live in this state permanently. Balance is possible.
One symptom that you didn’t mention but I’m wondering if you have ever heard of it for women is nerve pain, or electric shocks in legs. I am experiencing this and it is very painful. Just curious about your thoughts
I get nerve pain in my hands.
I am confused,...as I am 61.
When I was on Bio t pellets.
I lost weight....felt fantastic.
Unfortunately it was VERY expensive and not covered by Ins. I stopped it...and experienced Venus reflux, suddenly?? My OBGYN told Me because it went off and did not come off slowly....
I do think I am Estrogen high.
As last labs indicated that.
But I have Hypothyroid and alot of things are blamed on that??? So 😕 confused.
Hi Robin. These hormones and glands that produce them never work independently. One imbalance often begets another imbalance. Common for the hypothyroidism for present as well and the pellets are never my fav - quick fix but jarring if you go cold turkey like you did. It can skew the imbalance further. It’s critical to address the root cause.
Thank you for that ! I’ve been struggling with heavy periods and prolonged one for more than 40 days at a time .. this happens 3 times in 2020 and now im in my 34th heavy day.. I did got a surgery for polype in my uterus back in November but it’s still keeps going.. Glad to know that this could be the reason.. I don’t want to take the pills so looking for something more natural to help.. thank you again
Awwww happy to give you some potential answers.
Have u tried iron pills ?
@@redruby56 you can't be serious.
Try slow flow really helped me
I've had my hormone levels tested several times (different times of the month - blood, urine, & saliva). It seems I am estrogen dominant in the follicular phase & then not enough estrogen later during the luteal phase. I have fibrocystic, dense breast tissue & HEAVY, flooding periods. Would I still be considered to have estrogen dominance?
Hi - yes - any part of the cycle where there is dominance yes - the big question to ask if the ratios during those phases between estrogen and progesterone. That is more so the major marker.
When I started menopause, I took a capful of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water, sometimes, I just downed the capful without water. It helped a lot
that is great.
Can you heal or balance hormones naturally? And does thyroid and cortisol levels be affected by hormone imbalance?
Yikes! $375.00 for the hormone test! Does that also include consultations after and address the results?
How is 375 dollars high for the quality of life you'll experinece compare to the inadequacies someone may be feeling on a daily basis. Minimal Prevention is better than the Massive amount spent on the cure. The end result is life changing.
With that said, how many people who complain about the one time fee spends $7 at Starbucks everyday for a cup of coffee? I think that's insane 😌
@@bellakim9404 That 7.00 Starbucks would not be me.......I have never ever done that.......but the 375.00 would be high for me too.....wow
I understand. I think if the testing is important, and if someone feels it could change their well being, save as little as $5 a week if possible and make in investment in yourself.
I’ve never spent $7 on a cup of coffee and never will. But if I did, I would know exactly what I was getting. I didn’t get any response as to what all is included for that high price. Is that just for the test? And you have to know that it is somewhat of a gamble (and I don’t spend money at casinos either) as to whether or not you can do anything about whatever the test reveals, especially if you have spent all your savings on the test and can’t afford to pay for consultation afterwards.
Have you thought about going to your primary and asking for the tests. You may have a small copay yet at least you can have the results and do your own research on which path to take.
Ive had anxiety, panic attacks, depression, cold hands, cold feet, waking up between 1-3 sweating sometimes too, weight loss, bleeding for 30 days at a time for months(still going on), I’ve started taking herbs and going to see a natural doctor tomorrow because modern medicine(depo) is what got me into this and I refuse to get back on birth control it just made my anxiety and depression worse recently listening to my doctor and getting on the pill🤦🏽♀️ thanks for letting me know what will get better once I fix this, basically everything
Wishing you well!
@Jada Ella are you still experiencing these symptoms? I'm also experiencing the above and being treated with a pill and iud. Not sure it's helping though 😔
I have menstral migraines, thyroid nodules, acne. I can feel the nodules and they are causing me panic and anxiety. I really need help
Take Nature's Bounty Super Vitamin B-Complex for pain and at the same time, take Swanson Full Spectrum Kola Nut, Catuaba, Guarana Herbal Supplement. The Vitamin B helps nerve pain and migraines and the Swanson Herbal Supplement is natural caffeine. Combined they work to ease your pain. In the morning, I find it best to take them. As for the panic attacks, take more foods that have tryptophan. Tryptophan is found in eggs, cheese, chicken, turkey, tuna and a few other foods I can't recall. Best to Google foods that have tryptophan. Furthermore, tryptophan is a natural mood stabilizer and it helps with panic and/or anxiety attacks and helps you sleep better at night. In the morning I have eggs with cheese. In the afternoon, I have a tuna salad and/or tuna lettuce wraps, with a side of cheese cubes and berries. And at dinner, I will eat either chicken breast and/or skinless chicken thighs. For the thyroid nodules they cause pain, I find it best to drink green tea twice a day. One cup in the morning and the second cup in the afternoon. Green tea relieves inflammation. And for the acne, use Derma E Glycolic Scrub at night and use a pea size amount and gently scrub your face for 1 minute, then rinse thoroughly. Thereafter, apply, QRx Labs NiacinaMax Serum. The serum has tea tree oil and helps naturally get rid of acne.
And if you're wondering, I suffer from the exact same conditions as you and the treatments I recommend have been working for me. It is now the second month into treatment and I'm feeling better. So, don't worry you're not alone. 🤗 Also, if your nodule pain is severe begin adding nutritional yeast, in your meals everyday. You can buy nutritional yeast at Sprouts or Whole Foods. I put my nutritional yeast atop my tuna with a tablespoon of olive oil. But you can research recipes on UA-cam on how to add nutritional yeast to your daily meals.
@@elizabethh3llon232 Thank you! I love green tea but I am sensitive to caffeine so I can’t have it more than once a week. I will try the b vitamins. I am using progesterone cream topically for the migraines and last month I had no headaches (rare for me). I appreciate you taking the time to write a specific comment. It’s very helpful. God bless you.
I'm in menopause and have, or have had, a few of these symptoms over my lifetime. The standout symptom to me presently is the waking up between 1 and 3 am. Would love to know how to sort that lol. Emma x

I literally told the Lord that I wanted a homeopathic doctor who would LISTEN to me when I wanted to check my hormone levels to discover exactly why my body derails sometimes when it comes to menstruation. Praise God you're in my areaaaaaaaaaa
I'm so happy to hear that, thank you!
I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism. Can estrogen dominance cause high TSH? I have dysbiosis/sibo also.and super low progesteron. Will fixing my gut be the first step ?and detoxing liver/gallbladder,
Can you have estrogen dominance even after menopause? And relatedly, is hormone balancing important after menopause?
I suspect, from the many symptoms you list, that I've had estrogen dominance since puberty. The acne and anxiety definitely improved post-menopause. But menopause brought vaginal dryness, hair loss, nail issues, different sleep problems--awake between 1-3a, low libido. Staying the same is the tender fibrous breast tissue, IBS/SIBO, swelling/inflammation. Thanks for your amazing work!!
oh yes - despite what a lot of women understand or are told - your body still produces reproductive hormones - not nearly as much as the cycling era -but the adrenals are the glands that do that and are the glands who need the most post menstrual support.
I found out that I have 16 mm endometrium. Fibroid in lower segment of uterus. Multiple cysts in cervix. My gyno wants to do a biopsy. I have ibs, and most symptoms you described today. Except hot flashes. What can help me naturally get rid of all my problems?
I looked your videos. However, I'm a bit confused. I thought excessive estrogen would help with hair growth? Isn't it true post menopause when estrogen drops, hair thins? Wouldn't it flourish with lots of wsteofme? I have every single one of these symptoms but I always thought my hair loss was related to something else. I'm so intrigued now,
Sleeplessness high up there! 😢

does progesterone cream (Dr. Lee) help? I don't want to take any synthetic pills. I already Tried to balance my estrogen progesterone balance with nutrition and balanced lifestyle but it doesn't help.
Hey @scanargh, progesterone cream, like the one from Dr. Lee, can be helpful for some people looking to balance their hormones naturally. It’s a good alternative if you want to avoid synthetic pills. Since you've already tried adjusting your diet and lifestyle, it might be worth giving the cream a try

Tania,
I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with fibrocystic breast syndrome and severe hot flashes. It's great that you're working with a doctor, but it's also understandable to feel like you're not getting the relief you need.

Estrogen dominance is a real problem I see with my patients too often. How did you grow your channel so large?
What is the normal value of estrogen a 29 year old female should have? I’ve constipation ,burning urination (all the time ), anal burning.. is this something related to estrogen? Should I check for endometriosis? My urologist prescribed me estrogen vaginal cream… any advice/suggestions will be appreciated
Hey there! It sounds like you're dealing with some uncomfortable symptoms. While estrogen levels can vary among individuals, a typical range for a 29-year-old female is usually around 30-400 pg/mL during the menstrual cycle. However, symptoms like constipation, burning urination, and anal burning can be caused by various factors, including hormonal imbalances, but they may not necessarily be directly related to estrogen levels alone.
Considering your symptoms, it might be a good idea to discuss further evaluation with me via a Consultation . Endometriosis could potentially be a factor, so discussing this possibility with me and considering appropriate tests or evaluations could be helpful. As for the estrogen vaginal cream prescribed by your urologist, it's essential to follow their guidance and discuss any concerns or questions you have during your next appointment.
Always remember to communicate openly with your healthcare provider about your symptoms and concerns so they can provide you with the best possible care and advice. Take care, and I hope you find relief soon!
My hair stopped shedding when i went from using a 20% progesterone cream down to a 5% cream. My inability to absorb the 20% concentration caused unapposed estrogen. Since then I just stopped taking estradiol and only take progesterone cream. It works great! I don't believe menopause is a state of low estrogen, but a state of insufficient progesterone. You can take as much as you need and feel blissful. Estrogen is a stress hormone and can easily become unbalanced.
Thanks for sharing your experience! It's really interesting to hear how adjusting your progesterone cream helped with your hair shedding. It's true that hormone balance can play a significant role in various aspects of health, including hair health. Finding the right balance for your body is key, and it sounds like you've found what works best for you by focusing on progesterone cream. It's always empowering to hear how people take charge of their health and find solutions that work for them. Keep feeling blissful, and thanks for being a part of our community!
I am on both Estrogen and Progesterone, both in compounded form. I continue to express these symptoms. My doctor states that I am within a good range based on the saliva test results. What I am looking at is that perhaps on a monthly basis, they all become unbalanced. So, I am trying the Keto diet. Into for two weeks and am feeling a lot better. I feel calmer and overall am thinking clearer.

If you have lipedema, would you typically have an imbalance with your estrogen? I'm just starting this terrifying lipedema journey and would love any info!
My estrogen is 187 and progesterone is 302 during mid luteal phase. Is that high??
Hi there!
Your estrogen and progesterone levels can vary, but it's crucial to consider the specific units of measurement and the reference ranges used by your healthcare provider. Lab results may vary, and what's considered "high" can depend on individual factors and the specific phase of your menstrual cycle.
For a definitive answer and to interpret these results in the context of your health, I recommend reaching out to me. I can provide personalized insights based on your unique situation.
Take care, and I hope you get the clarity you're seeking! 🌸

Hi Dr. Can Ovarian cysts or fibroids cause panic attacks in a 47 year old woman?
What level number should your estrogen be?? Under 20? Menopausal ?
The optimal level of estrogen can vary depending on factors such as age, gender, and individual health circumstances. In menopausal women, estrogen levels typically decrease significantly, often falling below 20 picograms per milliliter (pg/mL).
My estrogen is 58 I think that’s high for menopause
Should I use a progesterone Creme to lower my estrogen?
Estrogen levels during menopause can fluctuate, and 58 may indeed be considered high. sure you can try the creme

All of my fat is stored in my breast. Please is it estrogen dominance? How to balance my body fat 😢it’s stressing tho
role in where your body tends to store fat.
If you are concerned about overall body fat and want to balance it, a healthy and balanced diet combined with regular exercise can be helpful. Focus on consuming nutrient-dense foods and reducing your intake of processed and high-sugar foods. Engaging in both strength training and cardiovascular exercise can also help to improve body composition and reduce overall body fat.
It's important to consult with your healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your diet or exercise routine to ensure it is safe and appropriate for your specific needs and health status.
This sounds so much like me it isn't funny. I have had breast cancer, endometriosis (removed surgically twice), peritoneal abdominal adhesions from the endo and the surgeries and barriers, gastroparesis with severe IBS-C. I have had full hysterectomy with removal of both ovaries and I still suffer with all of these symptoms in addition to the severe nausea from the gastroparesis. I've requested the freebie download, so I'm very interested to see if there is anything that might help.
I would predict we have 80-90% of all women who experience estrogen imbalances. It’s come comprehensive
How do you differentiate between hypothyroidism and estrogen dominance when lab tests are normal? Also what can you do in that case?
Its about being optimal and not normal ranges when it comes to hypothyroidism..
high levels of estrogen can slow down thyroid function. Your thyroid tests could look normal.
Unbelievable!! I am now in my early 70's and life would have been soo much easier. I'm loaded with all of this which has just come to a very important juncture ...it is picking up speed. Almost all issues included and had severe symptoms ever since a teenager. Sure hope it is possible to reverse. Very grateful but warning signs are many and I see female neighbors going thru horrible biopsies over and over again. Always stressed and misinformed. Next checkup go thru it again. Thank you sooooo much.

Do you recommend dim. I started 1 week ago
Yes, DIM (Diindolylmethane) is often recommended for hormone balancing. It helps support healthy estrogen metabolism and can be beneficial for both men and women dealing with hormonal imbalances. It's great that you've started taking it!
My daughter has catamenial siezures on account of having too much estrogen. The week of her first menstrual cycle at the tender age of 14yrs.old she had her first grandmal seizure.Been a challenging situation.
May the Lord who said I heal all diseases heal her in Jesus name
@@justineanyigba9831 Thank-you Justine for your beautiful words.God Bless You. 🙏
OMG this is me! I feel lost 🙁 hair loss, is bad!! I can’t remember the last time I slept straight through out the night I wake up every hour and a half, Brain fog forgetting things all the time, anxiety and depression, HEADACHES 3 times a week, mild underactive thyroid.
Awww I feel you. Balance is possible. And that thyroid is also a factor.
Can I get a consult with you? I’m on bio identical hormones for 3 months. I’m still crying so much and so depressed and fatigue is horrible. I’m also dizzy. All my estrogen are show high on my blood test taken on Oct 5,21. I haven’t been on them very long. But thought the crying would be better by now. I’m taken bio progesterone pill from compound pharmacy. And estrogen pill. He prescribed testosterone also but mine is not that low. I need second opinion please. This is my third time trying hormones in three years. Maybe they just don’t work on me I’m not sure. The progesterone is making me sleep, but not the happy part. Can you look at my blood tests? Or should I do a saliva with your tests?
Thank you so much,
Mary
