      Only you know how you're feeling. Keep a note on paper as over several months you will see a pattern that cannot be denied. Research and practice what you are going to say as it will help to keep you calm. Also have a come back ready against the negative comments the dr might say when presenting the evidence. Hope you get the treatment you need.

      If you are hypothyroid, you can easily become estrogen dominant. That is what happened to me. The thyroid hormones and estrogen both bind to the same receptor sites and compete with eachother. When your thyroid is low, more estrogen is binding. So you end up estrogen dominant.

    Would you consider doing a video on LOW estrogen. It effects many women, especially who diet for so long...and who follow a VEGAN diet (devoid of fat and cholesterol, which is need for sex hormone production) I find hardly NO ONE talks about low estrogen and it is still a problem for women...even women who are NOT yet in menopause...younger women...in their thirties with low E because of chronic dieting, undereating, stress...bad diet (read: vegan)...Anyways...thanks and thanks for the work you do.

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  3 роки тому

      Hi Robin. These hormones and glands that produce them never work independently. One imbalance often begets another imbalance. Common for the hypothyroidism for present as well and the pellets are never my fav - quick fix but jarring if you go cold turkey like you did. It can skew the imbalance further. It’s critical to address the root cause.

      Take Nature's Bounty Super Vitamin B-Complex for pain and at the same time, take Swanson Full Spectrum Kola Nut, Catuaba, Guarana Herbal Supplement. The Vitamin B helps nerve pain and migraines and the Swanson Herbal Supplement is natural caffeine. Combined they work to ease your pain. In the morning, I find it best to take them. As for the panic attacks, take more foods that have tryptophan. Tryptophan is found in eggs, cheese, chicken, turkey, tuna and a few other foods I can't recall. Best to Google foods that have tryptophan. Furthermore, tryptophan is a natural mood stabilizer and it helps with panic and/or anxiety attacks and helps you sleep better at night. In the morning I have eggs with cheese. In the afternoon, I have a tuna salad and/or tuna lettuce wraps, with a side of cheese cubes and berries. And at dinner, I will eat either chicken breast and/or skinless chicken thighs. For the thyroid nodules they cause pain, I find it best to drink green tea twice a day. One cup in the morning and the second cup in the afternoon. Green tea relieves inflammation. And for the acne, use Derma E Glycolic Scrub at night and use a pea size amount and gently scrub your face for 1 minute,then rinse thoroughly. Thereafter, apply, QRx Labs NiacinaMax Serum. The serum has tea tree oil and helps naturally get rid of acne.
      And if you're wondering, I suffer from the exact same conditions as you and the treatments I recommend have been working for me. It is now the second month into treatment and I'm feeling better. So, don't worry you're not alone. 🤗 Also, if your nodule pain is severe begin adding nutritional yeast, in your meals everyday. You can buy nutritional yeast at Sprouts or Whole Foods. I put my nutritional yeast atop my tuna with a tablespoon of olive oil. But you can research recipes on UA-cam on how to add nutritional yeast to your daily meals.

    Can you have estrogen dominance even after menopause? And relatedly, is hormone balancing important after menopause?
    I suspect, from the many symptoms you list, that I've had estrogen dominance since puberty. The acne and anxiety definitely improved post-menopause. But menopause brought vaginal dryness, hair loss, nail issues, different sleep problems--awake between 1-3a, low libido. Staying the same is the tender fibrous breast tissue, IBS/SIBO, swelling/inflammation. Thanks for your amazing work!!

      oh yes - despite what a lot of women understand or are told - your body still produces reproductive hormones - not nearly as much as the cycling era -but the adrenals are the glands that do that and are the glands who need the most post menstrual support.

    I looked your videos. However, I'm a bit confused. I thought excessive estrogen would help with hair growth? Isn't it true post menopause when estrogen drops, hair thins? Wouldn't it flourish with lots of wsteofme? I have every single one of these symptoms but I always thought my hair loss was related to something else. I'm so intrigued now,

    What is the normal value of estrogen a 29 year old female should have? I’ve constipation ,burning urination (all the time ), anal burning.. is this something related to estrogen? Should I check for endometriosis? My urologist prescribed me estrogen vaginal cream… any advice/suggestions will be appreciated

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  6 місяців тому

      Hey there! It sounds like you're dealing with some uncomfortable symptoms. While estrogen levels can vary among individuals, a typical range for a 29-year-old female is usually around 30-400 pg/mL during the menstrual cycle. However, symptoms like constipation, burning urination, and anal burning can be caused by various factors, including hormonal imbalances, but they may not necessarily be directly related to estrogen levels alone.
      Considering your symptoms, it might be a good idea to discuss further evaluation with me via a Consultation . Endometriosis could potentially be a factor, so discussing this possibility with me and considering appropriate tests or evaluations could be helpful. As for the estrogen vaginal cream prescribed by your urologist, it's essential to follow their guidance and discuss any concerns or questions you have during your next appointment.
      Always remember to communicate openly with your healthcare provider about your symptoms and concerns so they can provide you with the best possible care and advice. Take care, and I hope you find relief soon!

    My hair stopped shedding when i went from using a 20% progesterone cream down to a 5% cream. My inability to absorb the 20% concentration caused unapposed estrogen. Since then I just stopped taking estradiol and only take progesterone cream. It works great! I don't believe menopause is a state of low estrogen, but a state of insufficient progesterone. You can take as much as you need and feel blissful. Estrogen is a stress hormone and can easily become unbalanced.

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  4 місяці тому +1

      Thanks for sharing your experience! It's really interesting to hear how adjusting your progesterone cream helped with your hair shedding. It's true that hormone balance can play a significant role in various aspects of health, including hair health. Finding the right balance for your body is key, and it sounds like you've found what works best for you by focusing on progesterone cream. It's always empowering to hear how people take charge of their health and find solutions that work for them. Keep feeling blissful, and thanks for being a part of our community!

      Your estrogen and progesterone levels can vary, but it's crucial to consider the specific units of measurement and the reference ranges used by your healthcare provider. Lab results may vary, and what's considered "high" can depend on individual factors and the specific phase of your menstrual cycle.

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  Рік тому

      role in where your body tends to store fat.
      If you are concerned about overall body fat and want to balance it, a healthy and balanced diet combined with regular exercise can be helpful. Focus on consuming nutrient-dense foods and reducing your intake of processed and high-sugar foods. Engaging in both strength training and cardiovascular exercise can also help to improve body composition and reduce overall body fat.
      It's important to consult with your healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your diet or exercise routine to ensure it is safe and appropriate for your specific needs and health status.

    Can I get a consult with you? I’m on bio identical hormones for 3 months. I’m still crying so much and so depressed and fatigue is horrible. I’m also dizzy. All my estrogen are show high on my blood test taken on Oct 5,21. I haven’t been on them very long. But thought the crying would be better by now. I’m taken bio progesterone pill from compound pharmacy. And estrogen pill. He prescribed testosterone also but mine is not that low. I need second opinion please. This is my third time trying hormones in three years. Maybe they just don’t work on me I’m not sure. The progesterone is making me sleep, but not the happy part. Can you look at my blood tests? Or should I do a saliva with your tests?
    Thank you so much,
    Mary
