This is a wonderful video, Geoff! I remember so well all of you working so hard clearing the tracks in the Falls Village area. It was a truly admirable undertaking and the dedication of the volunteers was amazing. Thanks to you and all the others, and especially Jay for bringing back the railroad to our Northwest Corner of Connecticut. We love the Housatonic Railroad. Judy Jacobs

Lets hope some of the new transportation bill money goes to the HHR and renewed service.
I remember the hurricane/tropical storm up the east coast that damaged enough under utilized track that service was soon abandoned throughout several state rural areas. I believe that coni sided with the last time there was scary inflation. 18% was typical new mortgage.
