Kudos to this wonderful woman ❤ for bringing us this wonderful documentary... telling us the story of black people which is full of hardship and triumph was just mind-blowing... From south asia sending love for people of all races and colours ❤
There is an anecdote of Sammy Davis Jr asking for the entrance for black people in London. He was told there was not such thing but one entrance. I think he was giving a show in London back then.
What about the indigenous people history as well as the history of all other groups of people who live there? It would be different for a US citizen to realise how fragmented is your society. A textbook call "The American Way" described your society as a melting pot but in reality is a collection of different societal ecosystems.
If you are going to review marta, please do not stand out/dress flashy or you'll be mugged. Two of my coworkers got shot and killed on that train a month ago by a group of black men just for some lousy coins. Life is cruel so be careful out there
How sad is that your society was so fragmented that there had to be a travel book for a specific group of people. You can argue the situation had improved just a little bit if you take into consideration the current state of your society.
The fact that we get free documentaries on UA-cam by National Geographic is truly a gift ... Keeping the education and knowledge alive. 👍👍👍
It was free on Cable tv too lol you just paid a cable bill now you pay a WiFi bill same essence 😂
Thank you so much for making this. Loved everything, the informative creative delivery, the interviews and the fashion!!!

Every society had such seperationist attitude, things have evolved over the generations, it’s me we all celebrate equality & harmony.

Without Black history, we can't talk about American history. Well said.

@naranjo490 Hi, did I say they weren't American history as well? Peace :)
I'm Asian from the Philippines. Saying thank you for sharing a piece of the history. God speed and may the force be with you.
Black American peoples are very strong and hard workers 💪 👌 👏 I believe
If you put the subtutles of these episodes even in a website it would better
It appears there are various closed projects mapping Green Book locations. Wondering if there's any activity using crowdsourced OpenHistoricalMap
Thank you for your enlightenment. So are our roads in 2024 safer than in the past?
what about the Vietnam Airlines flight 831 - crash animation
