Question about pullovers: Whats the benefit to laying across the bench apposed to on the bench like you you would with bench pressing? I've tried laying across the bench like you guys do, and my bench wants to slide out from under me.
In the 12 week program work out video that includes it, they said something along the lines of, "bring your hips down, itll target better" Can't do that if you're laying on a bench
This is what i understood about it Your body will recover after 72 hours of a workout thats why you train on monday and then on friday if you wanna gain weight and muscle you should eat more carb you need protein but not as you think thats because you muscles are mostly consist of water
Arnold's vacuum, or more extreme, Frank Zanes vacuum is something you guys can add to this. It's that optical effect where the tiny waist make everything look twice as big.
Your physique is lit, man! And these exercises are awesome. Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a muscle-building meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.
The decline and incline its easier to have the same numbers. But incline its very hard to get the same numbers as the others. Therefore its hard to build an equivalent chest.
To get the mood right, next time could Hudson jump into your arms like the guy at the beginning of Pumping Iron? Or at least stand there laughing with a grapefruit like “Big Tony”.
Are there any benefits to doing Dumbbell Flyes on an Incline Bench compared to a Flat Bench? I'm asking because sometimes I'll do one or I'll do the other on a Chest Workout day.
thats not how he benched bro,back in those days they did wider grip than you had and they did only the lower part of the lift,sergio did the same.I cant do it like they did then either but im just saying thats now how it looked like at least.
Arnie was a steroid junkie back in the day. Unless you fancy increasing the chance of a shortened life ,yes you will build a impressive chest once you lift heavy and often.

Can't do that if you're laying on a bench
You get a much deeper stretch
Also you use more muscles to help stabilize.

I still can’t work out how to activate my chest with dumbbell flies which is annoying because I only use dumbbells. This video might help

A good tip if not strong enough for dips yet is to push down on the pad on an assited pullup machine

Better to do the incline bench with dumbells...way more effective..
It looked like you were using the suicide grip on the incline press. Any particular reason why?
Is it wrong when while doing the butterflies the dumbells touch while I squeeze my chest? U can generate tension on ur chest while the dumbells touch
