61 year old German Christian. Thinking of fleeing to a red state for the last years. Drives me to tears, his speech.
Make sure it is not a Blue-run city in a Red State either….best to pick a smaller town outside. Look into South Carolina, my state. Some great beach towns or Greenville, SC has Boeing, etc, but a great little city.
Alabama has beautiful mountains in north Al. About an hour from Birmingham and a couple hours from Atlanta. It’s a RED state and we have a female governor.

Been following PBD for over 10 years. I get such joy watching him grow and succeed. I started watching for how to raise sons, because I became a single mom. Now one manages an AI department for a large international business. The other is a veteran and police officer, doing double duty with SWAT. Neither are near 30 yrs old yet. I left corporate management to homeschool the grandbabies and run our homestead. Prioritize.
