- At a recent event I was speaking at, somebody asked why they don’t they accomplish the things they want. This made me think of my eight-year-old because of a recent statement he made that almost every father wants to hear in their lifetime.

I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a investment advisor as her diversification skills are top notch, I say this because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 20 to 3O% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what she place and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.she gave me that financiaI freedom I needed

For the record, I started working with melisa in 2019, and she manages about 70% of my lnvestments, while I manage the other 30%. My philosophy is that I care more about my own money than anyone else, but she made me accept that they have wealth of information on current conditions and future trends

The car story at the end is like what my dad has always taught me and we even had our own car story. My dad is very personable, honest, and pputs in his best effort. Others like to work with him for those reasons. And when he saw that in a young car salesman, he was happy to get that car that day.

The LORD had purposely built you to move different in the world's that you grace, and His hand does sit upon your life in an unique fashion.
Mr. Bet- David, can I share something with you? I listened to you speak about the importance of having a healthy attitude. I heard you speak about the importance of a person having the proper confidence when pursuing greatness and distinction.
You are a man of such stature. You are a man of character. And there are people who do respect you and honor how you move in your kingdom build.
Your experience at the first car dealership, I paid attention to your reaction regarding the service you received from the salesman. I believe you could have changed that young man's life. You were in an environment where you saw an issue and a problem, and I believe that your attitude and confidence could have brought that young man out of that dark place that he was in.
That man may have been rude and insensitive to you and your family's position as customers, but that man was hurting and he needed someone to pour life into him.
A man with your influence, your grace, and your intelligence, could have shifted that man's life. It takes character, sensitivity, humility, a beautiful atittude, and a deep compassion for people in order for a person to be able to shift someone's life, and you carry those very attributes Sir.
I think that could have been a chance for that young man to see greatness from a different perspective. He was in a dark place and there is no telling how long he has been in that place. It does not take alot of time to meet people where they are (which is something you already know), especially if they are in a position where they are not able to see any light at the end of the tunnel. You pour life into people everyday Mr. Bet-David. And I know that was an intimate time with your family Sir, but even moments as such create room for someone to be liberated and delivered out of a dark place, especially by someone with your caliber. Because that is what you do. You help to change the lives of others. And you do it from a sacrificial and selfless place.
Mr. Bet-David, do you know why this man "dragged his feet" and showed unconcern to your needs and your service? He could not "see you." He grouped you in with all the other people who have came into that place and disregarded his value. It may not be intentional on his end, but that is probably how he felt. I remember one time, my sister and I were in the grocery store and we went to the deli. There was a young lady there who was working in the deli that day and you can tell she was not in a good mood. She did not greet us at all, she just asked for our order. I was quiet and watched her posture to see if it was ok for me to do what I had in mind to do, and The LORD gave me peace about it and so I asked her if it was ok for me to tell her a joke, and she was ok with it. I told her the joke and it broke the heaviness that suppressed her beautiful soul. She needed that. Sometimes it is in the small things, that can make a person's day. It takes character to care, which is what you have Sir.
I know when we go into public establishments and businesses, we expect the people who work in these places to have the right posture and character when serving the needs of others, but when life happens, and its challenges put you in a different head space, sometimes it takes the care and compassion of a customer to pour life into that individual who is held accountable for upholding a healthy posture in the workplace. There are people who work for companies who are not as fortunate to have employers such as yourself Mr. Bet-David. You take time out to demonstrate another level of care and passion when it comes to those who are a part of what you have built and is still building.
