Will Ford "Fix" the front steering rack, including the tie rods?
The whole setup is just cheap die cast aluminum.
While yes, oversized tires exacerbate it, but it's failed on totally stock setups as well.
Then the tie rods tend to snap all too easily as well.
The Bronco has the Basic HOSS 1.0 Front Steering Rack up to the Black Diamond model.
The Hoss 2.0 from the Badlands up to the Everglades, including any trim equipped with Sasquatch package.
The Hoss 3.0, the Wildtrak only.
Finally, the HOSS 4.0, the Raptor only.
At least replace the cheap HOSS 1.0 w/the 2.0, or better, w/the 3.0.
Myself, I have a 2023 Black Diamond, 100% stock, but I'm concerned w/it's HOSS 1.0 Steering Rack. I'm thinking about replacing it w/a much stronger one for ease of mind.

Ford and all other car manufacturers need to stop sniffing glue and focus more on bringing the prices down. $39k for the cheapest Bronco you can buy. When it first launched you could get a base for $29k.

Nothing to see here, move along. Ford is totally out of touch with what the market really wants on these things. Most of this video discusses fuel efficiency?????? And on that steering rack problem if Ford really wanted to capture serious buying public it should have had a solid front axle (the cure to pansy ass tie rods and cv joints) and a Coyote engine.
