    Ingredients for Breakfast Oats Porridge:
    Regular Plain Oats - ½ cup
    Water - 1 cup
    Milk - ½ cup
    Salt - 1 pinch
    Jaggery / any other sweetener - as per taste
    (optional)
    Flaxseed powder - 1 Tsp.
    Frozen Blueberries - ¼ cup
    For topping - Banana slices, coconut flakes/nuts, peanut butter, Cinnamon powder
