How's it going man I'm a licensed agent and investor in ct and would cool if we connect. Also good price on furnace I replaced one 2 months ago almost double the price.
Do you separate the marketing for wholesaling versus acting as an agent? Also what do you do if you go into a deal as an agent but they would rather work with you as an investor. How would you transfer over your position? Would your broker be against that??
I don’t do any marketing as an agent anymore most of my listings come from networking and prior clients. Even if it’s a traditional listing I always mention I’m a cash buyer just in case they just want a quick close. It’s just a conversation, and some brokers have issues with this but my broker knows I wholesale and flip. So I would recommend joining a brokerage where the broker is also an investor
@@pabloottenwalderjrman I can't do local in my big city, but Virtual appears to be a daunting task if you're going for the best areas for wholesaling like Florida and Texas.
As a wholesaler do you work with agents? And as a Agent do you work with wholesalers?
I’m a new agent and I want to get into wholesaling as well, but I don’t know where to start. Can you do a step by step video on how you got started?
Hey congrats! I have a step by step video on how to wholesale and i also have a video on how i got my first deal. Thanks for watching!
Love the vid it help can you make a vid on signing over contract agreement.
Thank you! I’ll add it to my list
I get agents to work with me on novations but other than that don’t want to be an agent especially with 300 rentals under my name
With 300 units I would deff not be an agent so I get it
Great video
Thank you 🙏
I'm a licensed agent here in NC!! great info

Yout tried florida it didnt work. You just kept trying other areas?
It works in Florida just more competition out there, there’s all on people doing virtual wholesaling but I like being local
