    It's perfect as an appetizer or for brunch. This salmon rillette is not only delicious with water crackers, but also with French bread, baguette, or toast. Of course, it's best to choose a savory, mild-flavored bread for a better overall taste compared to sweet bread. And make sure the bread is toasted until crispy , trust me! :)

    Plain unsweetened yoghurt 200g
    Dijon mustard 25g
    Wasabi 1tap
    Mayonnaise 1Tbsp
    1/2 Lime
    Honey
    Celery 80g
    Carrot 70g
    a small bunch of dill
    1/2 Onion (35g)
    Dried cranberries 35g
    Roasted nuts 80g
    Hot smoked salmon 125g
    Cold smoked salmon 100g
    Black pepper
    Water crackers
    Fruit
