What I love and what no one is talking about is how all their raps hint to the actresses background. For example Eve had a couple lyrics from her famous song Tambourine in it. Brandy hinted about being Cinderella, and Naturi mentioned Power, when she’s on that show.. etc. it’s really subtle but cool if you know these actresses background.
I like that they made Valeria stay in her lane when it comes to rapping. The second episode and her backstory make sense that she'd work what she has to secure a better life just for herself. If she's the outlier in the girls and a girl with no family self preservation is expected.
