Absolutely amazing!!!! Sunjai was so eloquent. The veterans did their thing, Coach D owned it but those last ladies left it all on the floor effortlessly.
The last ladies had the more hard hitting choreography whereas the vets had the softer more elegant moves. The vets were definitely better technique wise. The last ladies energy was just through the roof.
I almost cried🥲 I have watched Mrs. D and her team far before “Bring It”, and to see the elevation hits different. When the Alumni that we grew to love from the show hit the floor then the current came out, it was out-of-body❤️👑 Please keep doing what you are doing Mrs.D! Diana with DD4L has always shined like the sun 🌞. I truly miss this show that was on lifetime . It was the best show on that Channel. It gave true meaning to black talent and black excellence. That show had purpose and meaning! Those girls gave their all and their support was always present. Diana Williams had those girls on the path to success and they never disappointed, they certainly brought it every week, so much that you couldn't wait until the next episode. Kayla, Christiana, Cameron, Jazmine, the twins. @@tonihill6810 I promise you, it’s not as hard as it seems, for some yes, but like the comment above said, it becomes muscle memory after practicing, practicing at home helps too, o remember I was on the step team and a dance company at the same time, having to learn the step routines on my own through a video, even coming up with my own. It’s tricky sometimes but not as hard as you’d think
Mrs D has always been my favorite dance coach to watch. She challenges her dancers and at the same time she is a NURTURING MOTHER to them. Keep pouring all that you do in your students. You're the freaking bomb 💣 at your craft. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
I got emotional. Loved coming home on Friday night after work and getting ready to watch, "Bring It." Loved Ms. Diana and the Dancing Dolls...my heart aches for the changes that took place but I know it's necessary. The ladies slayed it. I wish they could bring it back!!!!!

A few years ago I did the DD4L training camp and performance. Probably one of the best experiences of my life. Bring It brought me into a different genre of dance that I loved. This was so good to see the OGs❤️😭

I remember seeing them in Birmingham, AL when they were on tour. Baby they left everything on the floor that night. Mrs. D was amazing too and her love for the girls and dance was obvious.

Mama let her go back ! I’m 22 and wish I never got in trouble with my mom so I could’ve lived out my dream. She didn’t mean it mama we all make mistakes but we still love our mom.

A few years ago I did the DD4L training camp and performance. Probably one of the best experiences of my life. Bring It brought me into a different genre of dance that I loved. This was so good to see the OGs❤️😭
