I had 5 fibroids, they told me they were the sizes of oranges to grapefruit. I had to have a MRI to make sure there would be no complications during birth. It does run in my family.
Mine too! I’m 42 years old, I didn’t get pregnant with my first child till I was 31 because of endometriosis and PCOS, I finally had a doctor that I kept for 11 years and he delivered both of my children before he retired! He was a doctor much like Eve’s who took the time to listen to me and treat me and when I was ready to have babies he helped along with my acupuncturist
You have to Advocate for yourself and ask questions because different doctors will send around and tell you different things I have PCOS and endometriosis and I suffer miscarriages

Eve is so right, women know when something’s not right in our bodies. I had the same procedure for fibroid removal, and I’m happy I finally did so. Ladies, follow your instincts and take care of yourselves.🙏🏾💐
Exactly! I am dealing with fibroids now. I had an embolization procedure a few years ago, but the fibroids still continued to grow. I wish that I had gotten a myomectomy procedure instead. I will schedule an appointment to have the myomectomy either at the end of this year or at the beginning of next year. Glad that you are happy.
I was going to a doctor for 10 years. My doctor kept denying my symptoms. It was not until one of my friends who was trying to conceive went to IVF. She told me about the HSG test. I ask my doctor to give me a referral and she ask me why. I said something is wrong with my periods they are extremely painful this is not normal and getting worst. I was anemic. I finally took this test through a specialist and lo behold a big Fibroid was on my right uterus. I had the surgery last year. I say all this to say this is trust your body. It took four doctors with the one that was right for me. This was Black women doctor too. I change doctors after that because she kept downplaying my symptoms saying this is normal. Not once suggesting to have these test done.

I love this interview and I’m excited to watch the show. The ladies all look so beautiful and I love their chemistry. Brandy is my fav!! You can see how humble and kind she is. She is very touchy which is how she shows her love and reassurance that she’s there for people.
I definitely feel Eve with her journey with fibroids… I was missing so many days from work because of my fibroids. And she is so right about docs… so many times they kept trying to put me on birth control to regulate my cycle and pain… I had to lie and tell them I’m trying to get pregnant just so they could send me to a specialist who got me an mri and ended up doing. Surgery to remove them. 12 were removed one was as big as a human heart so I’m so glad Eve is bringing more awareness to this issue. So many women suffer from this without knowing it

I totally feel you...The amount of pain I was in for years, calling out everytime I had my period, having to wear a diaper at times (iykyk) and all my doctor would do is prescribe me naproxen. Finally got a second opinion, got a hysterectomy and have never felt sooooo free. 🙏

When I was a kid, I remember going into my dad's CD stash and finding Brandy's first (self-titled) album. The first song on there was called "Moving On," and that album got me HOOKED.

I was blessed to work background on this set and when I tell you Brandy was the most sweetest humble person on the entire set spoke to and acknowledged every single person in the room!!!! And Eve and Naturi were very focused sweethearts as well ! The new girl seemed nervous but not really humble at the same time . . The set had great energy though!
