    Examples and practice problems of solving equation stoichiometry questions with gases. We calculate moles with 22.4 L at STP, and use molar mass (molecular weight) and mole ratios to figure out how many products or reactants we have.

    it's a fact, just memorize it right now and you'll never forget it! at 0ºC and 1 atm pressure (this set of conditions is called "STP" for standard temperature (0º C) and pressure (1 atm)), 1 mole of ANY gas takes of 22.4 L. so anytime you're at STP and you have to go from liters to moles, you use 22.4.

      Please don't hate ur teacher. It will just make things worse.
      There was a time that I hated my maths teacher.
      After a while I started to understand why my marks were lower than 50%

    Keep doing what you're doing. I'm a high school junior taking chemistry honors and your stuff has helped tremendously. It'd odd to see you teach the concepts so easily that I understand them and yet experience a brick wall type of teacher at school.

    Your videos are really good mate , just a quick question. On this stoichiometric equation ( and out of interest all others) do you not times the moles by 36 ( molar mass ) because there are 2 moles of it ?
    Or do you just times it by the molar mass of one mole an all problems ?
